Just like his younger sister, Kai has a habit of being arrogant, crude and stubborn. The difference between them is that Kai actually knows he's doing and and does it on purpose. He intentionally gives people a hard time, but knows his limits. He can be a brat most of the time. Has a nasty habit of starting fights. A prankster. Once you get past him being a jerk, he's actually a nice guy.
History: Kai grew up in the same way that Rika did, moving from Hoenn to Kanto. When he turned ten, he began his adventure. He spread the lie around that he'd gotten to the Poke'mon league so that his family wouldn't worry. His problem is that he could ]catch his first Poke'mon. He came here to change that. He's been at Cherillia longer than Rika and doesn't have Poke'mon of his own. he hates it when Rika talks about Violet the Espeon and gives Rika a hard time.
