Who's that Pokemon

Basically this game is like 20 questions. The aim of the game is to ask questions in order to guess what the pokemon is. The Game Master (Who is me first) will think up a pokemon and everyone then has to guess who that pokemon is.

Example:

Game Master Brock: I am thinking of a pokemon guess who it is! Your first clue is I am weak to electric moves.
Ash: Is the Pokemon Yellow
Brock: No
Misty: Is the Pokemon a Water Type
Brock: Yes
ETC

Rules:

1. You may only ask 1 question per post.
   
2. You must wait until someone else asks a question before you can ask again. (If nobody posts for 24 hours you may ask another question)
3. No asking for clues
4. All questions must be in a Yes or No format
5. Whoever gets the correct answer takes over as the Game Master and the game restart.
6. Game Master MUST give 1 Clue at the start of the game and only 1 Clue
7. Whoever guesses the correct answer shall receive $25,000 from my Yami account
