Stepping out from the order line were two individuals a young girl and boy around fifteen years of age. The two looked almost identically, green hair, goggles, orange and black top, red sandals, the only exception the boy wore white khaki pants with a red arm band around each bicep and the girl a low skirt with a red ribbon around her right thigh. The two individuals, twins most likely approached them with their arms interlocked, "What have we hear dear brother Hansel, two young trainers" said the girl to her brother Hansel. Hansel smirked at them, he was the taller of the two standing at six feet, his sister only five feet five inches, " Why yes we do my dear sister Gretel! Perhaps we should challenge them to a pokemon battle" spoke Hansel getting a nod from his sister Gretel as both retrieved a pokeall from their belt, each having three pokemon on their belt. The two threw the pokeballs up into the air, "Hitmonchan, Hitmonlee let's go!" cried the two twins as two humanoid like pokemon appeared on the battle field in-between them. The first to appear was a four feet seven inch tall tan humanoid pokemon. He had five blunt protrusions on the tip of his head and bad like extensions on his shoulders. He appeared to be wearing a light purple tunic and kilt, as well as red boxing gloves and light purple boxing shoes. The second was slightly taller being four feet eleven inches in height. The pokemon was humanoid with an ovoid body. Lacking a distinct neck and head, its upper torso had almond-shaped eyes with black rings around them and appears to lack a nose and mouth. Primarily brown, it had cream-colored, segmented arms and legs, with three fingers and three clawed toes respectively. The soles of its feet and its ankles have circular, yellow markings. The brother Hansel smirked as he stood behind his Hitmanchan, his sister behind the Hitmonlee, " We Hansel and Gretel challenge you to a double battle! With each trainer being allowed two substitutions, four pokemon per team in total" said Hansel as he announced the battle rules and conditions, "First team to make all their opponents pokemon faint win!"Species: Hitmonchan Type: Fighting Level: 11 Ability: Keen Eye, Iron FIst, Inner Focus Attacks: Close Combat, Counter, Focus Punch, Revenge, Comet Punch, Agility

» Yang watched as Rika got up from her seat, shaking her head ❝Nah, I'm alright. I'm pretty sure Ragna may be hungry though so some Pokemon food would probably be good.❞ The flaxen haired trainer responded, resting her cheek against the palm of her hand, it was then that two teenagers around their age group approached them, both identical in looks but opposite genders, this caused the brawler to quirk an eyebrow and rise from her seat, her eyes shifting to her battle partner for a brief moment. Two Pokemon were called out onto the battle field, both looking in the shape of humanoids, Yang tilted her head, recalling the two Pokemon she had seen back home in Johto, of course they were Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan, two fighting type that had some mean punch and kick attacks behind them, however knowing this didn't deter the blonde from the challenge but her choice of Pokemon were limited in terms of who she could use that would be able to withstand any of the attacks with that in mind, she contemplated her choices, she didn't know which Pokemon Rika would pick for hers but that didn't mean they would be bad at working together on this. A Pokeball began to shake on her belt before opening, releasing a small brown dinosaur that sat beside his trainers leg in hopes of watching the battle that would take place. Squall tilted his large head back and let out a small roar as his tail wagged happily, he wore a toothy smile. Yang blinked and dropped her gaze to the small dinosaur ❝Okay, I got it. You can watch but stay close to me and no wondering off.❞ Yang spoke softly before reaching a gloved hand and taking her secondary Pokemon from her belt, having the ball at the ready but not before giving a nod for Ragna to hop down from the table, which he did with a cry that ignited the fire lining his back as he sprang onto the battle field ❝Okay, first up is Ragna, you can do it.❞ She waited to see what Rika's Pokemon would be first before the two would make the decision to accept the challenge but Yang was ready, she felt ready. However she paused once she felt a rattle in her backpack, shrugging the straps from her shoulder, she unzipped the compartment and pulled out a cracking and shaking egg from the pack, blinking as she set it on the floor and watched, wondering what would hatch from it, what an awkward time for an egg to be hatching. Finally! Some trainers to battle! Rika licked her lips, which is her sign of concentration. She needed to chose a stronger pokemon in order to fight the two, well, fighting types. She pulled out a pokeball. She had one more pokemon.... She threw it into the air. "Ren! I'm counting on you!" A Riolu came out of the pokeball. The Riolu saw the two pokemon and began getting excited. Other fighting types! It was time to test it's skills! "Let's do this Yang." Rika said looking towards the flaxen-haired girl. (OOC: I will add the Piplups details when I get home) Hansel and Gretel smirked at their opponents as they brought out a Cyndaquil and a Riolu to battle them, "Well dear brother Hansel shall we get things started?" asked the sister Gretel, "Now now my dear sweet little sister no need to rush things just yet" said Hansel his words revealing him as the older of the two even if they were twins he was most likely born first before his sister. Hansel took a lone step forward watching the battlefield with a playful smirk, "Hitmonchan let's start things off with a Thunder Punch" commanded the green haired boy getting a nod from his Hitmonchan. Gretel followed her brother, "Hitmonlee poison jab!" The kicking pokemon gave a battle cry as a response. The fighting pokemon roared as electricity erupted from his body sparking out into the air where it flowed into his right and left hands encasing his boxing gloves. He smashed his gloves together causing electricity to spark. He then charged forth racing across the terrain with surprising speed, clearly he had been well trained. He zoomed across the terrain moving in an erratic zig zag pattern moving back and forth as he charged in towards the Cyndaquil going in with a right hook, however this was merely a feint as he was truly aiming to perform a left hook to catch the fire type by surprise. Hitmonlee kicked the air with excitement as his feet began to blow a bright purple. He rushed forth moving at speeds almost rivalling his partner as he moved in towards the Riolu. He charged in leaping up into the air and began to spin coming down aiming to strike the Riolu with a spinning axe kick. During all of this the egg had hatched water bursting out onto the floor as a turtle like pokemon stood in the remains, " Pip..Piplip Pip?" cried the pokemon as she looked around. Rika saw the Hitmonlee coming in with a poison jab. "hoo. Hefty move there."
She nodded at the Riolu and he braced.
"Ren, COUNTER!"
Ren was hit by the jab, but countered it at the same time.
OOC: I'm not sure how to use Counter in the RP, so this is how I'm gonna do it.

» Yang needed to think fast now that the battle had begun, she watched as the Hitmonchan smacked it's gloves together and sparks began coating one of the gloves as it rushed towards the Cyndaquil, the Pokemon was used for Boxing something Yang was very familiar with.
If she knew anything it was that the boxers would sometimes through fake punches to throw the opponent off guard ❝Ragna! Wait for my signal and use Smoke screen then duck!❞ Yang called out as she watched the Hitmonchan throw the first Punch and of course as she expected it was a feint ❝Now!❞ She called again and on cue as the fighting type was about to go for the real blow, the Cyndaquil spat a ball of smoke into the Hitmonchan's face attempting to lower the accuracy and blind it as the smoke became a screen around the area, Ragna then ducked under the oncoming electric powered punch and moved in for a counter attack ❝Now let's go use Ember!❞ The flaxen haired trainer called out once more and Ragna happily obeyed the order to spew small flames from his mouth at the opponent.
The female Piplup sat in half an eggshell, smacking the top half off it from her head with her flipper and blinking as she witnessed her first battle. Lapis colored pools gazing upwards at the golden haired brawler and tilting her head in a curious manner before her attention turned towards the person standing beside the tall blonde, blinking a few times as her attention was drawn once more to the battle at hand.

Hansel smirked at the two girls, they seemed to know what they were doing but he had been at this for a while, even longer than his sister, " Hitmonchan follow up 1,2 ,3!' he called out not even giving a proper command. His Hitmonchan smirked at the Cynadquil who was preparing a smokescren, " Hitmonchan <Keep your eye on the birdy!>" the fighting pokemon then blitzed becoming a blur, the smokescreen having no effect on him thanks to his keen eye ability. He appeared across from the Cyndaquil who had unleashed a barrage of embers towards him. He brought his gloves up to block the attack before bringing them down. Electricity sparked from his fists once more as he surged forth with his new found speed aiming to deliver a swift right hook, going with another feint like before, the except this time would be the left hook that followed would also be a feint all designed to distract his opponent while he used his agility to get behind and deliver a swift right upper cut. Gretel did her own little smirk as her opponents pokemon was commanded to perform a counter attack, perfect, "Hitmonlee noooo!" cried Gretel with fake worry pretending to be worried for her pokemon as the Hitmonlee was struck by the counter and sent sailing back crashing into a wall. Hitmonlee pulled himself from the wall his body beginning to glow bright red, "Hitmonlee <foolish>" spoke the kicking pokemon as he surged forth at high speed towards the Riolu to unleash a revenge attack, an attack that had absorbed the strength from the counter attack and further doubling it in order to unleash an even stronger blow against his opponent. Hansel and Gretel exchanged a single look each smirking at one another, they had been working tandem battles for years now and they and there pokemon had come to an understanding, very rarely did they ever need commands as their pokemon always seemed to know what they were thinking. Rika didn't like this girl. Faking to be worried about her pokemon - in her opinion, that was the coward's way. "Let's go Ren!" Ren nodded, rushing towards the Hitmonlee that was attacking it with revenge. As it ran, it's right leg was lit up by fire. "Light 'em up!" Ren attacked the Hitmonlee at the same time as it hit him with the revenge. The riolu was blown backwards, but managed to regain it's footing.
