Mr. Knight had a smile on his face as he entered is classroom. It was the start of a new day! He could not wait to greet his students and start a brand new semester. Frost looked around the room curiously while the teacher sat at his desk. It was time to see who would be in his class today. He picked up the enrollment sheet and stared: Kiki Jones , Gary Oak , Faith Donnellon , Nate Kerston , and Sawyer Fylan . He nodded in satisfaction. They were all good kids. He was sure they would show up in a timely manner.

Faith enjoyed Healing and Potions. The class was quite useful for Pokemon trainers. Even coordinators needed to know the basics in case a Pokemon became injured in a contest. She carried her Happiny, Sarah with her. She would evolve into a Chansy, a healing Pokemon, after all. "We're here!" she said brightly when they reached the door. She entered and saw they were the first ones to arrive. She sat at the closest desk and set Sarah on top of it. Then she grabbed her notebook.

June the Tiny Joltik sat on Gary's shoulder as she trainer walked down the hall. The little Pokemon liked attending classes, and Healing and Potions was one of her favorites. She was not big on battling, so this class was perfect for her. It was not Gary's favorite class, but he understood the importance of it. He wanted to be able to take care of his Pokemon when they needed him. He grinned when he saw Faith in the classroom. "Hello there," he said as he took the seat to the left of her. "How are you doing?"

Nate carried Mann the Swinub in his arms as he walked to class. Healing and Potions was his second favorite class. The topics covered were very helpful for a future Pokemon breeder, after all! He was looking forward to leaning new techniques from the third level class. "We're here," he said lightly as he shifted the young Pokemon in his arms so he could open the door. He nodded at his two friends in the room and then found a seat in the middle row.

Kiki rushed to her favorite class - Healing and Potions. She had been busy playing with Chomper, her Totodile, and now the two were running late. "We're almost there," she said as she glanced behind her shoulder to make sure the water type was keeping up. She breathed a sigh of relief when she saw the door - and she was right on time. She put on a bright smile as she entered the classroom. She found a seat in the front and quickly got out her notebook.

Tammy the Stunky yawned as she waddled down the hallway. Sawyer looked back at her with a small frown. "Getting tired?" She bent down and scooped the Pokemon into her arms. Shew knew that her condition often left her tired and asleep in the middle of the day. Her medicine helped, but it had not cured the illness. The trainer opened the door to the classroom and entered. At least this was better than having a Pokemon that disrupted class. She found the closest seat and set Tammy on the desk.

Mr. Knight smiled as he watched the students trickle in. Looking at his enrollment sheet again, it seemed like everyone was there. "I know you all made it, so there's no point in taking attendance," he said. "Let's start off with introductions. Please introduce your Pokemon and name one injury you would like to learn how to treat in this class." He smiled as he waited for someone to begin.

Faith tried to think of a good answer. There were many injuries she would like to treat. She decided to go with the first one that came to mind. "Hi, everyone. I'm Faith, and this is Sarah."She motioned to the Happiny on her desk. "I would like to know how to treat broken bones." This was not a common ailment, but knowing how to treat it could certainly come in handy in the right situation.

Kiki was excited to learn how to heal all sorts of injuries. Picking just one was difficult. Plus, she was as itnerested in methods as specific situations. After listening to Faith, she decided to just go for it. "I'm Kiki, and this is Chomper. I want to learn how to cure the flu." Pokemon could catch it too.

Gary wondered how he should answer. He wanted to know the basics of healing. He chose one common concern he wanted addressed. "Hello. I'm Gary Oak. This is June the Joltik. I would like to learn more about poison." It was not good to have a poisoned Pokemon.

Sawyer listened carefully to the teacher. What was she interested in? She glanced at her Stunky, now asleep on her desk. She had her answer. "My name is Sawyer. This is my Stunky, Tammy, and she has narcolepsy. I want to know what we can do to help our Pokemon who have mental or sleep disorders." She doubted this was a topic that would be discussed unless she mentioned it.

Nate stared at his Swinub as he listened to everyone speak. He was interested in all sorts of things, and he wanted to get ideas about what to say from his classmates. Finally, he was the only one left, so he had to go. He lifted his head to look at the class. "I'm Nate. This is Manny. I want to learn how to treat Pokemon who have low energy." It could be a personality trait, but sometimes it was due to something else.

Mr. Knight was eager to listen to what his students had to say. He always liked to hear their opinions so he could customize his class for them. "Excellent. Let me hand out the syllabus." He gave a sheet of paper to each student, and he quickly went over the expectations of the class. "Now, remember the conditions your classmates mentioned? Does anyone have any experience with any of them with their Pokemon?"

Zoey slipped into the classroom, hoping she would not interrupt the class. The reason she was late was really silly. It was simply because she had forgotten she had this class at this particular time. Now, she was paying for her forgetfulness. At least she had remembered soon enough so she had only missed the introductions, from what she heard as she walked through the door. Her baby Pidove was cradled in her arms. She had decided to call him Twister because she thought he would be able to create the illusion of one after she trained him a bit. She found a seat in the back and sat down, keeping Twister in her arms.
