Vating decided that since he was still learning about the area, it'd make a good excuse to look for one or two wild pokemon. He wasn't too far in, and not expecting anything powerful, never-the-less, he had Pokest's pokeball in his hand.

A Cherubi floated through the air, enjyoing her time in the forest. She was a bit absentminded and did not always look where she was going. Usually, this was no problem, because there was not much air traffic in this part of the forest. However, on this day, she soon found herself smacking right in the face of a human! OOC: Shh, it never happened... But thanks for the info, will remember that next time. As soon as Vating is smacked in the face by the Cherubi, he looks at it and smiles, "Gonna catch you now..." He then throws out Pokest, ready to take it on.

Vating smiles as he says, "Pokest, Tackle then follow up with a yawn!" Pokest slowly rushes over to the Cherubi to tackle it and then following the world's slowest tackle, he let's out a Yawn to the Cherubi.

The Cherubi was a bit on the slow side. Although she was ready for battle, her mind was still distracted. She made to move out of the way of the Tackle when it was too late. To make matters worse, before she could counterattack, she fell asleep! Vating keeps his smile as he says, "Tackle, one more time." He then pulls out a pokeball and throws it at Cherubi in hopes of catching it early.

The Cherubi was struck by the Tackle. The Pokeball hit her, and she was sucked inside. However, a second later she was able to break free even though she was still asleep. Vating sighs, "Aww..." He then thinks for a moment and then says, "Tackle, one more time!" Pokest races forward and goes for another strike at the Cherubi, as soon as he does that, Timothy tosses another pokeball, hoping for better luck if it's a little more hurt.

The Cherubi was hit by another Tackle. She woke up just as she was sucked inside the Pokeball. This time, she struggled and broke free herself. <That's no fair!> she cried once she was on the ground once again. Then she charged forward for a Tackle of her own. Vating sighs, "Okay... Gonna wait on another one for a while... Pokest use yawn and then another tackle!" Pokest gives a slow nod and lets out a loud yawn at the Cherubiy, followed with it making it's way over to tackle it.

Vatimg smiled as the cherubi fell asleep again. He though for a moment and said, "Pokest, tackle... Hopefully for the last time again." He then pulled out a pokeball and tossed it at the Cherubi in hopes of these things finally working.
