The silcoon panicked when the glameow joined him in the tree. ”Ah!” he screeched before spewing out a whole mess of string shot. He hadn’t been expecting guests! And, of course, the glameow hadn’t known to approach him carefully as she was apparently unaware that he was even there. He shook inside his chrysalis before tensing up, hardening in anticipation. How frightening…! level: 8 attacks: harden, poison sting, string shot, tackle abilities: shed skin hit by: -- used: string shot, harden health: high green |

Glamour gasped, why... Why this was unacceptable! Her fur was a stringy mess! She dropped her sandwhich, to her discomfort; and hoped that Budew left another one for her. She vigorously licked at her fur, and decided that it wouldn't help at all. She looked around for the culprit, and she saw a white cocoon, quite frightened. Glamour was not one for battling, but... This monster ruined her puuurfect coat! That cocoon was really in for it now! She gave out a annoyed murp and looked at the Silcoon with furious eyes. She decided a Fake Out was good enough for now. She lunged foreward, in what seemed like a furious Scratch attack, but hen hit the Silcoon with her front paw, quite hard... but not painful... He should be scared for now.

The swat only really hit his chrysalis, but the pokemon inside still flinched and sniveled all the same, unable to counterattack. <Meeeeh, meeeeh, lemme aloooone,> he sniffled, on the verge of tears. What did he do to deserve this? <Ooh-oh my!> Glameow had realized how unladylike she was. Oh, why... It was so innocent. It looked at her quite sadly. She gasped, and looked down, ashamed. <I'm sorry, about that, doll.> She said in her British accent
She sighed and looked at the branch.

The silcoon looked towards the glameow, still not feeling very brave. <I-It’s okay.> Right? He looked down, to the trainer and the other pokemon. <I-It’s my fault. For creeping around.> Inside his chrysalis, he twiddled his limbs. <Y-You and your trainer a-are re-really pretty…> He fought the urge to quit and cry until the glameow left. <Oh, no! This not your fault! I was just overreacting, after all it's obsessing about my fur!> She licked vigorously at the string on her fur. <Oh, thank you, doll.> She winked. <She isn't a coordinator yet... she aspires to be... anyways.>

Glameow looked at the Silcoon. <Oh, of course! She loves new friends.> She meowed to Ayame.
Aya looked up at Glameow and the Silcoon. "What happened to your fur? Was it that Silcoon?"
<Ahaha, no, not this doll. We were just playing around!> Glameow sensed the desperation in his voice.

<R-Really?> he pressed the glameow. He looked down as much as he could, blushing within his chrysalis at the sight of Ayame. Pretty... <H-Hello! Um, er, y-your g-g-g-glameow s-said you were, um, l-l-loo... ok-kay with, um, m-more pokemon... c-could I, uh, i-interest y-you in, um...> his voice trailed off. Ayame looked up at the Silcoon. "Why are you so shy?" The perch was low enough where she could reach up to the perch. Glameow jumped from the branch, where she got politely sprayed by Bruiser. She picked up the Silcoon, much to its discomfort. She set it by the ground by Budew, where it cheered a friendly greeting. <Hello!>
Ayame sat next to the Silcoon as Glamour showered and Budew joined in for the fun.
"Hello! And what's your name... You seem quite interested in becoming my pokemon." She pulled out a pokeball and bestowed to the cocoon.

The silcoon froze up when she asked why he was so nervous. It really was silly, wasn’t it? He wasn’t that important. People didn’t notice him. What did he have to be nervous about? He should just be natural and do what he wanted, because no one would notice. If no one noticed, then no one would care. But, what if he got too comfortable again and became obnoxious? What if, what if, what if-- The little bug type’s mind was ablaze with anxious thoughts as Ayame lifted him down. He never did snap out of it, even when the pokeball landed on him. Why? He was crying, all by himself and very quietly. He was so, so stupid. What did he have to be shy about? He was nobody. Ayame earned 5 points. Ayame trekked out of the park, happy with her two new pokemon, ready to show off in the upcoming contest...
She walked out of the park with her new team, disincluding Silcoon followed her... relishing the warm bits of sunlight.
