Mr. Knight was not usually late for class, but for some reason his alarm had not gone off that morning. He jogged down the hall with papers in his arms. His Smeargle Frost ran beside him. They reached the classroom just when the class was about to start. Mr. Knight frowned when he saw that the room was empty. He hoped the students had not already arrived and left because he had not been there. That would not be a good way to start off the semester. Frost ran over to the desk and jumped on top of it. He could not wait until the students got there. He was going to have some fun with them.
MR. Knight set his papers down on the desk. Then he caught sight of something. On the white board, someone had written out "Rae." A troubled look crossed his face. Was someone trying to mess with him? He hoped a student had not led everyone away from the class. He walked over to erase the mark, but the eraser was missing. He muttered something under his breath as he made his way back to his desk. Someone was definitely getting into trouble for this. He sat down and looked over his attendance sheet. He would be teaching Dawn Berlitz, Iason Xanthopoulos, Micah Allen, Sawyer Fylan, Rae, and Walter Satinwood. Rae? Hmm... He wondered if that kid was responsible for the message on the white board. He hoped everyone got there soon so he could find out.

The pierced student came skidding up to the doorway. He was running a little late today, due to having spent some extra time on the toilet. He didn't know what he had ingested that was taking such a harsh toll on his innards, but it wasn't pleasant.
Reaching the threshold, Rae had a weird sense of nostalgia as he entered the room. As his eyes scouted the room before him and fell upon the white board, he suddenly realized why... It was none other than the room he had found be accident one night, after using the virtual simulators.
Call it a wild hair, or just mischievous, artist nature... Whatever it was, it had encouraged Rae to sign his name in huge letters, all across the white board. Now, standing in the doorway, he swallowed hard, looking quickly from the board to the apparent teacher and back again.
Feeling like he should turn at once and flee back down the hallway, Rae thought twice about it and decided he need not worry. After all, there was nothing to say that he was the one responsible, or that he was even this Rae person, for that matter. He had already given a fake name in one of his other classes, so why not keep the tradition going? If it would keep him out of trouble, he was definitely all for it.
The fact that none of the other students had arrived yet, only worked to Rae's benefit. Now he just had to remember one of the names of one of the other students, from his last class. Most likely, they too were in this class and their name would be on the attendance sheet with his. The only problem was, Rae had no f@#kin' clue what any of the other students' names were. Think Rae... think... what were those kids' names? he strained mentally.
He thought about the one boy, with his orange, fire-lizard. Sure he remembered the pokemon's name was Blaze, but what about the boy himself? Rae sighed, before heading toward the front row of the class and taking his seat in the dead center. "How's it goin' teach?" he asked, still trying desperately to think of a name. He had used the name Jason in his last class, because he had thought perhaps his roommate from hades was in the class with him. However, apparently Rae's pronunciation was off or something, because the teacher had denied having any such person on her roll sheet.
No, he needed a different name now... one that would actually grant him even a moment's reprieve. Thinking hard for several moments, Rae finally blurted aloud, announcing himsel out of no where. "WALTER!!!!" he cried, his expression morphing into one of great delight. "Yes, my name, my name is Walter! Thanks for havin' me in your class!" Rae then got comfortable in his seat, while he kept a careful eye on the teacher and his attendance list. He had finally remembered the name of the other boy whom had sat near to him in the other class, but now he just hoped that kid, was in this class as well...

”"Yes, my name, my name is Walter! Thanks for havin' me in your class!"
That was the first thing Dawn heard when she walked into the room. She looked up from adjusting her white skirt and rose-patterned leggings, her attention definitely caught between the recongition of Rae’s voice and the draw of Walter’s name. She raised a brow. Why on earth was Rae lying about who he was again? A quick glance to the teacher, and the board behind him, clarified everything.
Dawn hummed. Now, she ignored it before because she was still pretty sickly and didn’t feel like being a b****. Now that she was all better… Yeah, no, she wasn’t about to have what she considered her counterpart as far as personality and mannerisms about to have their name used by Rae. However, recalling their date and the fact that Rae was a decent guy--he apparently once watched after Marco, if the tricky country fox was telling the truth--she wasn’t going to ruin it for him. Yet.
”Good morning,” she chirped, finishing off her last minute polishes by retying her scarf. She gracefully slid into the desk by Rae, backpack on the ground. She put her elbow on the desk and her chin in her palm. ”Gee, I dunno why you’re goin’ by your nickname~” Dawn cooed, voice entirely too sickly sweet. ”That sure wasn’t the name you said was your real name.” Pick another name, she seemed to wordlessly warn.

Sawyer could not believe she was going to be late for her first class. She ran across the courtyard with her Litleo Kopa hot on her heels. She slowed down once she entered the classroom building because she did not want to get into trouble with any authority figure who may see her. She was not going to be that late, anyway.
As she entered the classroom, she saw the name "Rae" written on the white board. She blinked. The teacher did not look happy, so a troublemaker must be the culprit. She had no idea who Rae was, and she did not really care. She would let the teacher take care of it. At least he would be mad about that and not her being late. She made her way to the back of the classroom and took a seat on the left. Kopa sat down on the right side of her desk. The Litleo looked around the room, slightly disappointed that there seemed to be no Pokemon except the Sneasel around. He was not too fond of ice types.

Point blank, he wasn't interested in this class. Other classes were far more interesting but this one was mandatory so he couldn't complain. As he entered the class room with his three fire types and the one electric type, he took a seat near some other students but didn't say anything. The note book on the table with a pen, the rotom exploring before settling next to Iason. The slugma still on the ground as the vulpix curled up in his lap for a snooze. Everything was pretty much comfortable, to say the least. Now if only he could manage to stay awake during class for the remainder of the hour.

Raising a brow in regards to Dawn's words, the smoker nodded slightly in acknowledgement. She was right. He sighed softly, before standing up and grabbing his back pack. "Sorry teach, I lied before. My name is actually Rae and yes, I'm the one responsible for... that..." he said, nodding his head toward the dry erase board.
He gave a quick look toward Dawn and then back to the teacher. "I've decided, I'm going to bail. But, thanks for having me anyway!" Rae stepped free of the desks and into the isle that lead toward the door. He took a step, before suddenly stopping.
"Oh, I almost forgot!" he started, slinging his backpack off his shoulder and unzipping the main compartment. Digging his hand inside, he pulled the eraser for the board into view and gave it a toss toward the white board. The eraser tapped the board, then sunk along its surface, landing right in the metal tray, where he had originally taken it from. Seeing this, Rae nodded and turned to leave.
As he was on his way out, he spotted his old nightmare of a roommate entering the room and he realized at that precise moment that he had definitely made the right choice in leaving. Putting up with that kid in a dorm room had been bad enough; Rae couldn't imagine trying to tolerate his prepubescence in a classroom... for an entire semester...
Inhaling, he stepped past the kid and arrived at the threshold, before disappearing into the hallway. Rae felt free, as soon as he left the room. It was like a giant Snorlax had been lifted off his shoulders and a smile instantly decorated his lips as he began skipping merrily down the hallway, toward the exit to the outside world. Just like the class before, he was leaving and he would not be returning. Just like before, he would go and find some real education, away from Cherilli.
ooc: Rae has left the class / exited the thread.

Like in his previous class, Mr. Knight received another call from Principal Sash reminding him that there had been three students expelled and suspended. Brilliant. At least he did not have to deal with this "Rae" fellow who had written on the board, for he was one of the students expelled. There was only one student sitting in his class now. There was only one female attending, so he assumed she was Sawyer Fylan. Now he just had to wait for Micah Allen and Walter Satinwood. He sat back in his chair with a small frown on his face, hoping nothing else would go wrong.
