Nature: Giggles is a sweet-heart, and very intelligent. However, she thinks she can fly, and often gets herself into trouble trying to fly like a bird. She also has a habit of giggling at random times, at random things. Which is where her name comes from.
History:
She was born in a pond and swam with the rest of the school. However, she longed from a young age to fly and was laughed at because of it. However, all that laughing just made her try even harder, and somehow she grow stronger. Until one day she learned a new move tackle. It was on this day she also learned why trying to fly was a bad thing for a magikarp when she got stuck in a tree. Luckily for her, or maybe not to luckiy she was freed by the high winds of a tornado ripping the branch off the tree. For a short time she had a blast flying in the wind. Unless she landed of course and remembered she needed water to live. In a panic she was unsure what to do when it started to rain which helped her breath, and she started using a splash and tackle combo to move from puddle to puddle.
