Miss Riverton began making her way towards her class for the day. She enjoyed teaching this particular subject, Battle techniques. It was always an important part of pokemon battles to have a number of strategies and techniques up your sleeve. You always had to form a battle plan in order to create the right combo of moves in order to defeat your opponent. It was also remember to remember what status effect just wish type of move, for instant venoshock caused extra damage on a poisoned foe, while someone like electro ball required the users pokemon to be fast and the faster they were the greater damage it caused. It would be pointless for a pokemon like Snorlax to know Electro ball not that it could it was just an example. She walked into her classroom her Tyrogue following behind as she scanned the room before sitting down at her desk, her students for today were Zoey Clowes, Yami Hateshiginai, Eve Cooperman and Ayame Sokowasa.

Zoey ran as fast as she could through the halls, clutching her little Pachirisu in her arms. The only thing worse than walking into the wrong class was being exceptionally late to the right class. Maybe it wasn't that much worse... Whatever. It was still terrible. It was awkward and embarrassing. Since the teacher is the only one talking, the low squeak of the door opening is clearly heard by the entire room, causing every student, including the teacher, to turn and stare down the person who dared interrupt.
Once she got to the correct door, she halted to a stop and took several deep breaths in an attempt to calm down her speeding heart. After a moment, she gripped the doorknob, took a final deep breath, and opened it. Bracing herself, she peered in cautiously. What? She was the first one? That was a bit odd. She looked at her watch. Was it fast? Not really wanting to question it, she walked in and found a seat. Then the dreaded idea occurred to her. What if class was already over?

"Hello," Miss Riverton greeted Zoey when she entered. Thoguh the student had been late to class, no one else had shown up yet. The teacher waited five for minutes for stragglers. Finally, she had to admit defeat and said, "I'm not sure where everyone else is, but let's get started." She gave a quick lecture to introduce the student to the class. Then she went over the syllahus for the semester. Finally, she let her go with a bit of homework. OOC: This class is over. Yami and Eve have dropped it and cannot receive credit for it. |
