The Pond
The pond is much smaller than the lake, so it inhabits only a small number of water Pokemon. City goers often sit around fishing and walking with each other. Grass Pokemon are abundant.
Students usually don't come here for much else than to catch Pokemon. If they wanted to go swimming they'd go to the beach. There are a few trees in the area; otherwise it's pretty bare.
The Magikarp in the lake are known for splashing people when they get to close. It's their way of telling you to stay away from their territory. Most Magikarp who do this suffer the defeat of a battle. Soon the problem might be taken care of by this.
