Perhaps Nate was right. Maybe the flying type was just here to talk to them. He certainly did not seem too distressed. If only there was a way they could communicate with them. Then Kiki got an idea. "Hey, Nate, don't you have a Solosis that knows telepathy?" Maybe the Pokemon could communicate with the Staraptor and let them know what was going on! At the very least, it would be cool to communicate with him.
Alice looked up at Kiki and smiled at the suggestion. <Yes, that would work.> She thought it would be cool to learn telepathy and communicate with her trainer. She wondered if it was possible. |

Nate's eyes widened in realization when Kiki mentioned his Solosis. "Oh, yes!" He found a Pokeball and tossed it up in the air. Soon, there was a Pokemon floating before him. Most psychic Pokemon had the ability to learn telepathy, but only Solosis knew it right from the beginning. "Echo, can you talk to this Staraptor and see if there is anything he wants to communicate to us?" Perhaps he did not want to say anything in particular, but it was best to check to make sure.
<Ok,> Echo said using telepathy so that both Pokemon and humans could hear him. He floated down near the flying type. <Hi. What's going on?>
<Good idea,> Watcher said to Kiki. He smiled as he watched Echo. He liked the baby cell Pokemon. |
