Amelia was still jet-lagged from the long trip from Unova. The trip from Unova to Cherilli academy takes about 12 hours, at least from her spot of residents. She had to hike through Twist mountain with her dad, take a special plane from Mistralton City to the International Airport of Unova, and finally take a flight to the region Cherilli Academy was located on. Adding to this is that fact that Amelia can't sleep while on a plane. This all led to one tired teenager. When she arrived at the school, she was ready to take a nap. This of course wasn't an option because she had to register at the main office. While Amelia walked down the hallway she played with the ring her dad gave her when she left for the school. It was a very touching moment for since they were not as close to another as they wanted to be. After a short walk through the school, she sat down in a waiting area.
After sitting down, she waited a few minutes to be called in the office. She knew she was one of the latest people to arrive at the school, so it would not be a surprise if the principal would not take too kindly to her. When she finally did get called into the office, Amelia was sweating; she was about to get her first Pokemon. Sitting in front of the principal's desk, she gulped. "H-hello, Ma'am"

Principal Sash had an appointment with a new student today. She was glad that there were still a few of them trickling in at the start of the semester. She loved seeing the school grow and develop with each new trainer. She also enjoyed giving them their first Pokemon, which she was about to do soon. It was a truly magical moment when trainer and Pokemon met each other and became partners. It was something she would do every day if she could. Alas, most students showed up during the first month of the semester. Oh well. At least she was meeting someone today.
When the time of the appointment came, she called out into the waiting area for the girl to come in. Once she was seating in front of her desk, she gave her a warm smile to make her feel more comfortable. Her Vulpix, Maya, sat to the left of the desk, watching the student intently. "Hello!" she said brightly. "Welcome to Cherilli Academy. I'm Principal Sash. I'll get you set up here as quickly as I can. First, I need you to take this personality test." She picked up a sheet of paper from her desk and handed it to the girl. |

Amelia smiled at he Principal, trying to judge how this person is like. "Thank you. I'm A-amelia." Something is up with her and meeting new people. She never seem to figure out the right way of handling those situations. Looking down at the test she was about to take. She wasn't sure why she had to take it but as long as she can take a nap soon, the better.

"it's nice to meet you, Amelia," said Principal Sash. She waited while the girl filled out the test and then took it when she was finished. "Thanks." She looked over the paper with trained eyes. Soon, three Pokemon popped in her mind. She set the paper on a pile on her desk before turning and heading to the back of the room to fetch the Pokemon. She came back with three Pokeballs in her arms. "You may choose from these three, dear." She opened them one at a time to show her.

Amelia waited for the principal to pick the Pokemon they thought were most suitable for her. She took a look a all three of them and they all seemed to appeal to her. The one with the skull was giving her the I need someone to care for me look while the other two look extremely cheerful. She contemplated for a while about the Pokemon that were in front of her. They all seemed lovely and an excellent choice for someone anti-social like her. Taking a look at her feet, she turned to the Principal and said "I'd like the one with the skull." She smiled at the Pokemon and waited for future instructions from the principal.

Prinicpal Sash waited for the girl to make her choice. She smiled approvingly when she chose the ground type Pokemon. "Cubone is an excellent choice," she said. She had been hoping someone would choose it soon. Cubone were known as the lonely Pokemon, and this one needed a good companion. "I'll have you all ready to go in a moment." She returned the two Pokemon that had not been chosen back to their Pokeballs. Then she haded to the far end of the room, where she deposited them back in their place. While there, she picked up a backpack full of all the supplies the new trainer would need. Upon returning to the student, she held out the starter pack and Cubone's Pokeball. "You're good to go. I hope you enjoy it here."
