Tsumiki somewhat resembles a cat, as her hair itself takes the form of cat ears when she sees something she likes(Or that's just how it looks sometimes with it sticking up a bit). She has a long purplish-blue hair that almost reaches her feet, always tied up with a big white band, with a long curly ahoge sticking out on her head. She also has violet eyes, and is petite and dainty in stature, not to mention a bit short. She is mostly seen wearing a uniform of sorts when at school. But when it comes to casual wear, a nice black coat, white scarf and long pants are enough to keep her warm during the cold. And in the warm seasons she likes to wear a nice cream and brown coloured dress.

Personality: Tsumiki has the personality of a typical tsundere. She is slightly cold to others and does not speak much, though she actually cares about her family members and friends a lot. So if you somehow get onto her good side, then even though she's mostly quiet, she might lend you a helping hand and be nice-ish. But regardless of whether or not she's quiet, she might follow her friends around sometimes to hang out a bit, but she respects personal space and leaves when it's time. And if she likes you enough, she might, very faintly, purr if you do something like pat her on the head or scratch her under her chin. So she slightly acts like a cat too, but that's about it.
History: Tsumiki grew up in the town of Ecruteak City which was located over in the Johto Region, with her mother being a Kimono Dancer in the Kimono Dance Theater, whereas her father lead a life of being a pokemon breeder and eventually setting up shop (Or in this case a daycare) somewhere in between Ecruteak and Violet City, so with her parent's busy jobs, she was left alone most of the time. That is, until she was at that age which most kids took their first step into the true pokemon world.
After a bit of saving up extra cash, Tsumiki's parents were able to afford to send her to a special school so the little girl could get the best education and make new friends, a school that was devoted to teaching their students the ways of pokemon and the many professions that came with owning one, a school that, though far away, was known well for their education and results, it's name, was Cherilli Academy.
