Faith was in a difficult situation. She had two new Pokemon who did not like her very much because of the way she had caught them. She had not meant for it to go down like that. A tornado had torn through their forest, and she had wanted to help them. Instead, they took her as a threat and attacked her. She had acted in self-defense and battled them. After defeating them, she thought the best thing to do would be to catch them so she could take them to the Pokemon Center to be healed. Besides, it did not seem like they had a home anymore, and she was determined to take great care of them.
Unfortunately, the Pachirisu and Fennekin still did not get the picture that she meant them no harm. Nutella was stubborn and refused to listen to her, while Amber still appeared terrified and only reluctantly followed her. Both were sitting together in the grass at the moment with Faith facing them while sitting on a courtyard bench. The girl let out a heavy sigh. "Come on, guys, can't we get along? We're going to have to learn to work together." She thought Pokemon became docile after they were caught. Maybe this Pokemon trainer stuff was harder than she thought. She stared at the egg in her arms in dismay. Suddenly, it began to shake and glow!
<No,> Nutella said, swishing her tail and turning away. She ran over to the fountain and jumped up so she was on the ledge. She then proceeded to wash her face in the water. There was no way she was going to like her new trainer just because she wanted her to.
Amber looked hesitantly between Faith and her friend. Part of her wanted to believe that her trainer would not hurt her, but she trusted the Pachirisiu's judgment. <Sorry,> she said apologetically as she ran to join her friend at the fountain. The two of them had to stick together no matter what. OOC: Her egg is hatching. |

After a short while of shaking and glowing, the egg gave way to a baby Happiny!

Zoey looked around once she entered the courtyard, wondering if there were any trees around to climb. Lila, her Pachirisu, sat on her shoulder, looking around as well. Lila loved to climb trees, particularly apple trees, so the two of them had thought they could do it together. The sight of the Gyarados shaped fountain caused Zoey to pause in awe. That was really cool! "What are you doing?" she asked in confusion when Lila jumped off her shoulder and headed over to the fountain. Ah, there were two Pokemon hanging out there, and one of them was a Pachirisu!
She headed over to them as well, glancing close by to see if they had a trainer. Sure enough, she found one. She looked around her age. Her eyes widened when she noticed the newborn in her arms. It was so cute! The Happiny was enough to steer her away from the others and over to her and her trainer. "Hi," she said with a smile. "Your Happiny is adorable." She bent down to get a closer look, the Pokemon taking away all of her attention from anything else.
Lila hurried over to the fountain, eager to meet the other Pachirisu. She loved her trainer and battling, but she did miss living in the forest at times. There was just something special and different about living with others of your own species. <Hello,> she said as she lightly jumped up to the ledge. <My name is Lila. What's yours?> she asked, directing her words to the Pachirisu.

Faith grinned at the Happiny that was now in her arms. She was so cute! "Hello there, little one." Before she could think of a name for her, she was approached by another student. "Oh, hello." She looked up at the girl with a small smile. "Thanks. She just hatched from an egg. I need to think of a good name for her." She glanced off to the side and noticed that there were now two Pachirisu by the fountain. She suspected this girl was probably the second one's trainer. "Is that your Pachirisu?" She thought it was good that hers had found another one to talk to; it would be good for her.
The Happiny smiled as she looked at both of the trainers. <Hi! Name?> She was confused as to what was going on around her. She looked up at Faith. <Mommy?>
Nutella was surprised to see another Pachirisu run up to her. It had been awhile since she had seen another on of her species, and it put a smile on her face. <Hi. I'm Nutella. It's nice to meet you.>
Amber felt better now that there was another Pokemon with them. <Hello. I'm Amber.> It was cool to see two Pachirisu together. She hoped they could all be friends. OOC: Nope.  |
