Personality: Oakly is a regal girl, always holding a smile, and carrying herself with dignity. She has an incredibly sharp tongue with scathing insults, and deadly shark. Most of the time she can be seen carrying a Tea cup, despite the fact that she only drinks milk from it. She tends to dislike people who are too loud, or try too hard to be heroic. Oakly believes everyone else to be beneath her, and will continue to think so, even if bested. She will take every opportunity she gets to flaunt her wealth over others.
It would be hard for her to come to care for anyone, due to her mindset. All that being said, she's extremely prone to angry outbursts, especially when under continued questioning. If she is ever overcome in anything, she'll pretend the incident never happened, and be more abrasive to the offender. She also has a large interest in Video Games, a fact that she would never let anyone else know. Another thing she would ever reveal is that her Family had become extremely poor, and fallen out of it's good standing.
History: Oakly was born into Kalos nobility, and as such was raised in the lap of luxury. Her every whim was met, and she was treated as a princess. A princess with a huge interest in Pokemon Battles. She would always have her Butlers enact scripted Pokemon battles, which were met with her applause. This continued until she was Twelve, when it stopped being enough. Sure, it was fun watching the battles, but she couldn't stop imagining battling herself. Something that never came to be.
Despite her family being extremely wealthy, they eventually fell victim to the Economy, and were reduced to nearly nothing, until they eventually became common. It didn't stop Oakly from dressing like a Princess, but it did stop everything else she enjoyed, including watching Pokemon Battles. They had fallen out of good standing with all other Royals, and were nothing. But then, Oakly found an answer. The Academy. She could become a trainer there, make money, bring her family back to what they were. She wasted no time applying, excitement taking over.
