Kiki smiled as she saw that she had won the first round. "Great job, Ella." However, she could tell that Brock's second Pokemon was going to be tougher to beat. Still, she knew her Eevee would do her best. Then her second Pokemon could finish the job. "Alright, use Baby-Doll Eyes and Swift!" She wondered if this would have much of an effect on the Onix.
Ella looked back at her trainer proudly. They had done it! She was not feeling too well, but she still had a job to do. She grimaced when she saw the Onix. That was a big Pokemon. Oh well. She made her eyes as cute as possible before shooting out sharp stars. Would that work? She hoped so. She did not have much fight left in her. Brock was impressed that the Eevee had managed to hang on for so long. However, she would soon be taken care of, and he wondered which Pokemon the trainer would sue next. He hoped it would be something that would have more power and not drag the battle on again. "Onix, use Rock Throw!" This should do it. The Onix stared at the Eevee, momentarily transfixed. He was struck by the Swift attack, and he roared. It had not hurt too much; he knew he was stronger than the small fox Pokemon. He gathered up large rocks and threw them at his opponent.  Level: 14 Attacks: Tackle, Harden, Mud Sport, Bind, Curse, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rage Abilities: Rock Head, Sturdy, Weak Armour Hit By: Baby-Doll Eyes, Swift Used: Rock Throw Health: GreenElla has gained three levels. She now knows Quick Attack.

Kiki felt proud of herself for getting this far. She really could hold her own in a gym battle! She held her breath when rocks landed on her Eevee. Fortunately, she was strong enough to survive. "Good job, Ella. Now use Tail Whip and Quick Attack!" She wanted her to go out strong.
Ella panted heavily from the effort of the battle. She wanted to dodge the rocks, but she could see no way to do so. She collapsed under the weight of the attack. She sucked in a sharp breath as she forced herself onto her feet. This was no time for giving up. She whipped her tail back and forth. Then, using the last of her energy, she ran forward in a back and forth motion, planning to strike the Onix. Level: 11 Attacks: Tail Whip, Tackle, Helping Hand, Growl, Sand-Attack, Baby-Doll Eyes, Swift, Quick Attack Abilities: Run Away, Adaptability, Anticipation Hit By: Rock Throw Used: Tail Whip, Quick Attack Health: Low Red |

Brock raised his eyebrows. The Eevee was still fighting? Perhaps he had underestimated this girl. No matter. Her Pokemon would soon be finished. "Onix, end this with Bind!" It was time to stop playing around and find out what she was made of. The Onix was too surprised that the Eevee was still standing to dodge her attack. He grunted as she made a dent in his health. How long did he have to deal with her? This ended now. He reached out his tail to wrap it around the Eevee and squeeze her, planning on releasing her soon after. Ella had no strength to dodge the attack. She was soon caught up in the Onix's tail. The strain of the attack caused her to faint.
Kiki smiled slightly as she took out the Eevee's Pokemon. "Great job, Ella. I'm proud of you." She knew exactly who she would choose for her second Pokemon. "Chomper, you're up!" She grinned when the Totodile appeared before her. "Use Water Gun!"
Chomper hopped up and down excitedly. Oh, it was time for some fun! He waved at the Onix. <Hi! Let's do this!> He really enjoyed his water attacks. He took in a deep breath and let it out in a strong Water Gun attack. Borkc smirked when the Eevee fainted. "You've fought well so far. Let me see what you've got next." He was interested to see what she would come up with now. He was not expecting her to bring out a water type. He had to be careful if he wanted to win! "Onix, use Rock Tomb!"Onix let out a mighty war. He was the champion! He did not give the little Totodile much thought. he soon regretted this. he cried out when the water drenched him. He could feel his power growing weak. Now his opponent would pay! He gathered up his rocks to use Rock Tomb. Kiki could feel this battle coming to a close. Her Pokemon's Water Gun had done a lot of damage to the rock snake. If she could just get in one more hit like this, then she could win this. "Chomper, Water Gun again!" She held her breath.
Chomper shut his eyes as rocks formed aorund him. That was no fun! He shuddered once it was over. Now it was his turn to attack. He did not want the Onix to get away, so he ran closer to him. Then he jumped in the air and let his water loose, aiming for the largest piece of body possible. Level: 16 Attacks: Scratch, Leer, Water Gun, Rage, Bite, Scary Face Abilities: Torrent, Sheer Force Hit By: Rock Tomb Used: Water Gun Health: Green/Low Green |

Onix roared as he was struck by the water again. There was no place for him to slither off to. With a loud crash, he fell to the gym floor. Brock was surprised that his Pokemon had gone down so quickly. Once he recovered, he returned Onix and then walked across the gym to greet Kiki. "Congratulations," he said to Kiki. "You still have a lot to learn as a trainer, but you are on the right track. I hope you were able to learn something from me today." The battle had started off slow but had heated up in the end. All in all he was pleased. Level: 14 Attacks: Tackle, Harden, Mud Sport, Bind, Curse, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rage Abilities: Rock Head, Sturdy, Weak Armour Hit By: Water Gun Used: Health: --- Chomper has gained two levels. He may now evolve into Croconaw!

Chomper jumped up and down in glee. Kiki chuckled at her Pokemon. "Great job, buddy. You can take a rest now." After returning him to his Pokeball, she glanced at Brock and smiled. "I did. Thank you." She felt good about winning a gym battle. She would make sure to take this experience and apply it to her future. With a confident look, she turned and walked out of the gym. Visiting Kanto had been a success. OOC: Finished. |
