Nate was proud of the way his Eevee was battling. He stuck it out into the end. He knew that Electroweb would be disastrous, so he called out, "Dodge it!" Unfortunately, it was too late. The web hit Watcher and he fell to the ground, not to get up again. Nate let out a heavy sigh as he pulled out his Pokeball. "You did great, Watcher. Take a long rest." Well, he had lost. He looked over at Gary and gave him a small smile. "Great battle." He was quite the trainer. He had learned a lot from him. These thoughts were in his mind as he turned to leave the Battle Area. Sash enjoyed watching this battle. She would not have guessed that the tiny bug Pokemon would have held the advantage. When the Eevee fainted, she stood up and spoke onto her microphone: "Watcher is unable to battle. June is the winner, and victory goes to Gary from Kanto! he will be joining us in the next wrong." She was looking forward to another pair of awesome battles. June has gained three levels. She may now learn Bug Bite.

Gary grinned when he saw that he had won. "Great job, June! We did it!" The Joltik let out a tired smile before crawling back to her trainer. He returned her and smiled at the Pokeball in his hands. He was proud of her hard work. Now he was going to train even harder so that he would win his next battle. He nodded at Nate. "Yeah, thanks." After Sash's announcement, he turned to leave as well. It had been a good day. |
