History:
When Hikage was born a huge storm was going on outside the hospital. His father was trapped in the storm which was hailing so hard each piece was the size of a golfball. But as soon as Hikage was born the storm stopped. There was a legend in Hikages town where if anything like that where to happen the child would have mysterious powers. When Hikage turned 8 he found he had psychic abilities and started to talk to the pokemon near the village. Now Hikages dream is to become the champion of his new home in Unova.
