his telepathy acts as a phone for his head his number would be 666-1738-Hikage so have your character text that number to activate his telepathy.
Hikage: "I see people have put pieces of paper with their phone numbers on it. Hmmm why do that when with my psychic abilities I can just make a glowing mark with my 'number'. Hehe"
Loey: "Really Hikage just no just no."
Hikage: "Oh really?" Hikage winks and starts tickling Loey as they get into a tickle fight right next to the board.
