Faith could not believe it was September already. She had enjoyed Cherilli's first summer break by going back home to her mother in Hoenn. She had missed her mom dearly, so it was great to spend a lot of time with her. Now she was back in school, and she had to focus on her work on training. Right now, though, she was taking the day off to relax by the pool. The weather would soon be getting cooler, so she knew she had to enjoy the sun while it lasted. Of course, her Pokemon needed to have some fun too. As soon as she arrived at the pool, she opened up all of her Pokeballs. There was Willy the Bidoof, Ziggy the Kecleon, Nutella the Pachirisu, Amber the Fennekin, Felicity the Totodile, and Sarah the Happiny.
"Alright, guys," Faith said as they stood in a line before her. "You can do whatever you want except not have fun!" Felicity immediately ran into the pool with her arms waving in the air. Willy seemed to smirk before following her into the water. Amber stared at the water with uncertainty before turning and jumping up onto a lounge chair. Nutella took the chair next to her and started talking excitedly to her friend. Ziggy sat at the edge of the pool and dipped his feet in. Faith looked around one last time before jumping into the pool herself. She just adored the water! |

Ender hears laughter and decides to go towards it even though it sounds like water. Once he gets there he spies a girl and her pokemon. Deciding that he's earned a break he comes towards Faith to introduce himself. But once he gets there he is dumbfounded by her beauty all he can do is grunt which makes him sound like a normal Charizard. Even though he can speak fluent English. Eventually he manages to get some words out.
Ender: "Urm uh Hi I Ender." He stutters. After some time he manages to finally talk like normal. "Ahem sorry about that was um distracted." Yea thats what I wanted to say. "Well any way I recently started sleeping in the forest near here and heard you is it ok if I join?"

Faith stared up at the Charaizard in shock. There were a few peculiar things about this encounter. First, it was not normal to see a wild Charizard so close to the school. Second, he seemed to have weird markings. And third, he was speaking like a human! She had neer heard of a Pokemon doing that before. After the initial shock wore off, she blinked and gave him a slight smile. "Hi. I'm Faith. This is Willy, Felicity, Ziggy, Sarah, Amber, and Nutella. Of course you can join us." The Pokemon all stared at the Charizard with wide eyes, though the Fennekin seemed the most impressed. |

Rika, who had just entered the pool enclosure, stretches and sends out TenTen, her piplup. "Let's have some fun, OK TenTen?" The piplup nods and they both jump into the water. Rika spots both Ender and Faith and waves. She loves the people at Cherilli, even though she can have a pretty bad attitude sometimes, she still has the opportunity to make some friends.
She swims over, invited or not, and perches herself so that her head is over the edge of the pool

Faith and her Pokemon watched the Charizard leave with curiosity. That was weird. Ph well. It was time to get back to the pool. The girl turned to see another student enter the pool area. She gave a small smile and waved back to her. She had never seen her before, and she wondered if she was a new student. "I like your Piplup," she said, admiring the water type.
<Hello,> Willy said to the penguin Pokemon. <I'm Willy.> OOC: Hikage is leaving the forum, so let's say Ender flew off. |

Rika grins when her pokemon was complimented. "Thanks! We're still working the ins and outs of being partners, but we're getting there!"
She looked down at the water pokemon. She and it were going to get along, she just knew it.
"What's your name?" She asked. It seemed like a reasonable question. She'd just met someone new, after all.
The piplup faces the Bidoof. <Well, hi.> She said, trying to make a good, or even a bad, impression. <Pleasure to meet you>

"My name's Faith," said the red-headed girl. "I'm on Team Hoenn. What about you?" She was always interested to know if she had met a teammate or a rival. She would not treat her much differently either way, however. She believed in making friends with everybody.
<I'm Willy,> said the Bidoof. <Some day I'm going to be a water type just like you.> He already loved the water, and he couldn't wait to start learning some more water type moves.

"Team Kanto!" So this girl was from Hoenn. Rika didn't mind that the girl was in team Hoenn, but she hated the place as a region. She just couldn't stand it. She dove to the bottom of the pool and sat there holding her breathe for a while.
Meanwhile, TenTen stuck out it's chest. <Yeah. Water types are pretty cool. I'm pretty cool>

"Oh, that's cool," Faith said. She had one friend from Team Kanto. She had visited the region during a school field trip, and it had been pretty cool. She would like to travel it some more someday. She watch Rika having fun in the water and decided to do the same. She got on her back and started to float in the pool. Ah, relaxing.
Willy smiled. <Yeah, it seems like it. Do you know any cool moves?> He had been born with an awesome water type attack, and he couldn't wait to learn more. |

Rika smirks. She was gonna have fun with this. She swam back up to the surface when she saw Faith floating, and tipped her over into the water.
She began laughing rather hard. Probably too hard. She could be a prankster, and a bit of a jerk, but her heart should be is in the right place.
<Not really.> The piplup said. <None of my moves are particularly flashy. All I have is feather dance...>

Faith closed her eyes as she relaxed. This was so nice. Suddenly, something came up from underneath her and tipped her into the water. "Aaah!" she screamed as she fell into the water, having it cover her head. She popped back to the surface and looked around for the culprit. Her eyes widened when she saw that Rika was laughing. "Did you do that?"
Willy frowned at the Piplup's answer. <Oh, that's ok. I only know one cool move, Aqua Tail. You must be at a lower level too.> That was nothing a lot of training couldn't fix! |

Rika thought it was hysterical. She loved pulling pranks on people, and one day that would be her downfall.
"I-I'm sorry. It was too perfect!" She said, wiping tears from her eyes.
<I hope so.> Said TenTen. <Sometimes I feel like my trainer expects too much of me...>

Faith looked at Riki with a smirk. "Oh really?" She could not let that go. She just had to get her back! She brought her hands down to the water and pushed towards the other girl, attempting to splash her. Then she quickly swam away.
Willy thought about what the Piplup said for a minute. <Maybe. Or maybe you need to see more potential in yourself.> He did not know the situation, so he would not know for sure. However, he knew all Pokemon could battle great if trained properly. |

Rika, while laughing, got a great, big mouthful of water. She gagged for a while, watching the other girl swim away from her. Rika grinned and swam after her, trying to throw more water at Faith. "Why you!" She said in a playful way.
The Piplup looked out into the water. <Yeah. Yeah, I do!> It knew that it needed to try harder - it was going to be a strong pokemon when it grew older, after all!

Faith could hear Rika swimming after her. She turned her head to see if she was catching up. Just as she did so, she was hit in the face with more water. She gasped. "It's on now!" She plashed with her feet, which also propelled her backwards against the other girl.
Willy smiled. <Good.> He dunked under water for several seconds before popping back up. <That feels good.> He loved the water! |
