Rika walks into the adoption center, not entirely sure she knowing where she is. She has a look around and sees one poke'mon that catches her eye. She was attracted to the Furfrou which, according to the nametag, didn't have a name yet. Rika, who at the time only had an egg, was desperate for a poke'mon and this one looked like it would get along well with her.
She looked around for someone to talk to. She couldn't see anyone, so walked up to the counter. "Hello? I'd like to adopt the Furfrou please?"
Looking back at the Furfrou, she decides that this poke'mon was the one she wanted from here over the rest. She only hoped it would get along with her.

A woman's voice echoed from the back, "One moment please" a loud bang was heard before a woman walked out from the back of the adoption centre dressed in an apron. She brushed the apron off and approached the counter smiling at the young girl at the desk, "Student ID please?" once she had the ID she would type the number in her pc looking up the students record just to be sure. Once she knew the girl was actually a student she moved towards the Furfrou taking out a single pokeball and returning the dog pokemon to its confines before returning to the counter and setting it down, "$2,100 Please" once she had the money she would slide the pokeball towards the girl, "Thank you come again"
