Name: Cameron 'Ron' Faulkner
Age: 16
Date of Birth: June 29th
Birthplace: Lavaridge Town, Hoenn
Gender: Male
Team: Hoenn
Secret Word: 'code'
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Face Claim: Masato Inohara; Little Busters!
Appearance:
Distinguishing Features: Adorned by many battle scars scattered across his body in his various clashes with his siblings for great justice. That may or may not have ended with young Cameron getting personal with the floor.
Height: 5'10"
Character Type: Student
Personality: Cameron is a simple man. He follows simple ideals, nice to others, hold the door for people behind you, don't swear in public. Simple stuff taught to every kid who isn't a delinquent. Of course, there was stuff he wouldn't do around his parents that now, he'd jump on the chance to. For, all of his bravado and physical strength, Cameron is very easily confused and talked into situations he has no part of. He doesn't mind it really, after all for as long as he's been the way he is, the people he knew never came to him in hopes of school help, no they came for the hulking, hormonal, teenager that is Cameron. So why should he mind? It's just another way to show off his biceps.
With 3 older brothers Cameron has always felt the need to prove himself. To him, his brother's were everything, idols, mentors, teachers. If everyone was against him, he knew for sure that his brothers would always be by his side. Somewhere along the line he started to grow jealous of the three, they were big, strong men who he just wanted to be as big, and as strong as. So he did what he thought he should. He challenged them to a fight, and another, and another, and another. Each fight, no matter which sibling he fought, ended in his defeat. It didn't stop his drive, he was going to get to their status. He still isn't over his one-sided sibling rivalry and still strives to be stronger than they are. Better than they are.
With his brothers always doing something impressive, Cameron has never really has the chance to garner praise, so the few chances when he does he tends to let it go to far to his head. Now, being away from his family, it’s changed somewhat, he won’t be earning praise for strategy or smarts, but one thing he knows he has over everyone else is his physique. He can go a bit overboard with this as he never misses the chance to rip off his shirt and show them to anyone who he believes doubts him.
What Cameron values more than anything else is strength. He’s always felt that if he couldn’t convey his feelings to someone that he always could through a fight. Now, that doesn’t mean he’d go around punching random people if he couldn’t force a word out, he isn’t some delinquent. That’s what boxing is for. He’s always been able to let go and keep calm, hitting away at his coaches pads, or punching a sandbag until he couldn’t anymore. Fighting another person in the ring is by far his favorite though, putting all of your feelings into your fists just feels honest to him. His feelings hit hard though, and no one yet has been able to take him down in the ring and he’ll try is hardest to make sure it stays that way.
One thing he hates above all else is people making judgments about him by just looking at him. He knows he can be a bit imposing sometimes but that shouldn’t make him hard to approach. He’s just a normal teenager after all: He likes to laugh, hang out, try his chances with the ladies, play video games, and now his newest pass time; battle.

History:Cameron Faulkner was the youngest of four sons, reared alongside his brothers by Emilia and David Faulkner. They weren’t some hidden royalty or wealthy business people. No his family was a modest, middle-class family who lived in Lavaridge Town. The only things not so modest about his family were his older brothers, triplets who were his elders by 4 years. The three boys, no matter where he was had left shoes too big for Cameron to ever fill. School has always been the most apparent one, as he grew older his teachers would keep making comparisons to his brothers. It grew more and more frustrating to him as time went by, as it began to feel like they were making fun of him for not being as smart as his brothers.
Naturally, when this rage reached its peak, he went to go fight his brothers and unceremoniously they accepted. The results of these fights were always the same, an utter defeat. He began to question what the point of fighting these pillars was, while his father had decided that Cameron needed an outlet of some kind before he did serious damage to others or himself and introduced the raging youth to boxing.
Boxing was his way out; no one was a better boxer in the family than him. He was well-versed in pugilism and it showed in the ring. His body began to develop, and as he continued aging it became more apparent. He was proud of it, it was his own. Sadly, his grudge against his brothers was still there, and the fights continued on but no matter what a 3v1 fight would always end in the latter’s failure. The cause of these fights were always the same “they were bigger than him” he would shout. Not in the literal sense but in a different way. Their names carried weight; he would always be the younger delinquent who fought out his rage just because of his name. He wasn’t studious, he wasn’t a prodigal trainer. He was Cameron the family’s best puncher, and just knowing that’s all he would ever be made him a lot more sad than angry, but he had to mask it for his own sake.
Now, with them leaving home, Cameron has only had time to himself; time to think, grow up, and continue his exercises. School has stayed the same, and he was almost used to it. Until the idea came to him to leave Lavaridge Town, Sure, at his age he could legally go on a journey, but he wasn’t exactly sure his parents would be up for something like that. So instead he began searching the net for an alternative, it was here he found out about Cherilli Academy. It fit his parent’s criteria perfectly. It wasn’t all the way across the world, and had people to watch over him.
Though money is always a factor in everything. He wasn’t exactly sure if they had the money for such an expense. Sure he could easily ask but who knows what they would ask back? No, it was best to keep going as he is. After all he needed to be independent if he wanted to be a Pokemon trainer. So, continuing his search he found something right up his alley. A boxing tournament, he could do that easily! After all he was the Faulkner Puncher. When it came to boxing, it was his calling.
The tournament was easily his; He was almost six feet of pure muscle but had the reflexes to be more than just a hulking mass of flesh. Now he’d have an entire school void of his surname and a chance to learn how to effectively train Pokemon. As well as giving him the chance of further honing and flaunting the manly temple that is his body to the girls at the school. Ah, it's great to be a teenager.
