Rika was back. She loved the battling experience she'd had last time. These places were great! They helped you train your pokemon, and helped you counter your weaknesses! This time, her newly-hatched Axew - Anala, was the pokemon she was planning to use. She'd been having some trouble training the new pokemon. It loved to pull pranks on her and she was getting tired of it. She figured if she could get the pokemon to trust her, she'd be able to use it's nature to her advantage. She hooked up the pokemon to the machine and put a headset on her head. They were ready. Rika opened her mouth to make a command, but the Axew was already charging at the snorunt with a scratch attack. "ANALA!" The dragon pokemon didn't really care about it's trainer right then - it just wanted to battle. If it's trainer gave GOOD commands, it might actually LISTEN. The Snorunt did not have time to react because no vocal command was issued. It grunted when it was scratched by the Axew. Then it whipped up a powdery dusting of snow and sent it at its opponent. Anala refused to stop, even when the powder snow was launched. Although it looked like the pokemon was frozen, it continued to slash at the snorunt. "ANALA!" Rika facepalmed herself. This pokemon was a handful. The Axew grits it's teeth as it's attack is lowered. Anala decided it doesn't like this snorunt. "Anala. Can you trust me. please?" The dragon type pokemon looks back at it's trainer and rolls it's eyes. Rika was confused at this gesture, but gives it a command to see if it will listen. "Anala! Jump up and use scratch!"Anala jumps into the air and launches itself at the snorunt, using the momentum to try and increase the power of the scratch. Getting attacked by an ice-type move again, Anala shivered. It was finally getting to the Dragon-type pokemon. "Not yet Anala. You can do this!"It looked back at her, surprised. She had faith....in her? Well, in that case - Anala dashed forwards once again with a scratch attack. Seeing it coming this time, Anala dodged the powder snow attack, attacking once again with scratch. OOC: Yeah, but lower ones a a necessity, I guess.
