   She whipped her bath towel over her shoulder with a long sigh, she hadn't been in the school swimming pool for months due to her illness being quite the nuisance. Also, she had been growing her hair out for some time now; curious to know what it would look like if long. Throwing her towel over a chair, she dipped her feet into the cold water and sat on the tiled edge. Watching her Noibat dive right in before her and splash all about the place. Nanami had recently been advised by her doctor - whom is also her father - to not physically overwork herself. She use to always work herself over and over again until she could no longer breathe, just to feel worthy and accomplished. Now, Nanami no longer felt well enough to even have her daily laps at the pool. She felt terrible, and dissapointed in herself.
Noibat screeched at her, urging to bring her into the pool. Replying back to her small companion with a mere smile, she slowly sank her body into the pool. In her school navy blue swimsuit, she slowly swam towards her Noibat. Floating on her back on the surface of water, she spread her arms out and breathed deeply. Eyes closed, arms and legs spread out, relaxed. |

Swimming beneath the water of the pool was a serpentine pokemon it's body as blue as sapphire with a white underside. It had three pronged fins on each sides of it's forehead and a white bump on it's forehead. The serpentine pokemon poked it's head out of the water revealing a par of oval shaped purple amethyst eyes. The serpentine pokemon, a mythical dragon type by the name of Dratini blinked as he looked around having taken note of the other two occupants of the pool, a young human girl and another dragon pokemon, a Noibat, just like his master Yami had, did this mean this girl was also a dragon trainer. The Dratini swam through the water towards them, he had originally thought he would be on his own as his brother, a Dragonair belonging to Yami as well, said he would catch up with him later. Koryuu, meaning Yellow Dragon a name his master had given him for when he evolved, swam until he was just inches from the pair, "Tini <Hello!>" shouted the six foot long serpentine dragon as he poked half of his body out of the water's depth. Stretching her arms out with a long yawn, she opened one eye to see a snake-like pokemon poking its head out of the water. "Ah!" Nanami squealed in fright, backing away. Kaida, her Noibat, looked back at her tilting its head at her as if she were crazy. "Oh, my bad. You gave me a quite a fright!" Nanami apologized, sheepishly rubbing the back of her neck. "Na, na! <You're a dragon too! Hello!>" Noibat screeched and flapped its wings with excitement in the water. It had never seen another dragon type like itself before. "Kee, kee! <My name is Kaida, and my partner's name is Nanami!>" Kaida screeched again, introducing itself and its trainer. "Where is your trainer?.. Or are you wild?" Nanami questioned the serpent dragon, tilting her head slightly off to the left in confusion. Dragon type pokemon were rare, and were never seen in such public areas.

Koryu blinked as he looked at the girl as she squealed in fright backing up away from him. He tilted his head to the right looking at the girl with a curious gaze. He turned to the Noibat as she flapped her wings saying hello. She seemed quite excited to meet another dragon like her as if she had never met another one. He had been raised along his brother with his mother and his trainer Yami had a number of dragon types Salamence, Tyrunt, Gible and a Noibat plus a Trapinch that had the potential to be a Flygon another dragon type pokemon. Koryu looked at the girl as she asked where his trainer was, before asking if he was a wild pokemon. Before the Koryu had a chance to make any kind of answer a male voice echoed through the air, " Koryu, Koryu where are you!" The dragon turned his head in the direction of the voice as his trainer, Yami approached the pool dressed in a pair of tight fitting swimming trunks that showed of his leg muscles along with his toned upper torso as he only had a towel around his neck. With the trainer was a pokemon that looked like the Dratini with the exception of being longer, a darker shade with a number of red orbs on its body, a Dragonair of all pokemon. Accompanying them was a bipedal Pokémon that has a red body with a yellow, flame-shaped marking on its stomach. Standing behind the fire pokemon a Magby was two other pokemon humanoid in appearance with a predominantly pale purple body and brown hips and feet that resemble short pants and shoes, Tyrogue's.However that's when IT appeared a looming shadow as a large dragon pokemon with a teal body and long crimson red wings appeared before them, a Salamence of all pokemon. Yami approached the side of the pool. He stood as he looked at the girl blinking slightly before speaking in a soft calm voice, "I recognise you. We've met once before haven't we?" enquired the dragon trainer as he sat on the edge of the pool dipping his legs into the water as his pokemon surrounded him. The dragonair slipped into the water and approached his brother, " <Otouto (little brother) you should not have rushed off so quickly>" lectured the dragonair, his tone coming out as a soft heavenly song. The Dratini whined lightly bowing his head, <" Gomen Onii-san>" apologised the Dratini the way they acted and the auras they had would no doubt reveal to any humans watching that they were siblings. Nanami leant closer in the water to the Dratini, her hand gently running across its sky-blue scales. "Dragon-type Pokemon are really fascinating.. Their form, their strength, rarity, beauty.. Of course, I do love the other types; but--" Nanami was cut off by the sound of a door opening and a familar voice calling out. She quickly sunk herself down into the water, retreating away from the Dratini a little. Her white hair floating on the surface, her head now only visible. Her clear baby-blue eyes followed the pokemon that trailed behind the guy who she recalled as Yami, somebody who was also a great swimmer. Nanami was quite jealous of Yami's capabilities in swimming. She knew she could never be on the same level he was, thanks to her health issues. Not to mention, she was also jealous of his team. He would have to be the strongest battling student in the academy, for sure. Her thoughts were interrupted by him suddenly talking, to her. Her hair flicked across as her head abruptly turned to look at him, meekly nodding her head. "Uh, y-yes we have. I'm surprised you even recognise me, because my hair has grown so much.. I think the last time we met was in this pool, you beat me in a swimming race." Nanami mentioned with a finger tapping against her bottom lip, deep in thought. Her eyes followed back to his pokemon that stood nearby him. "I must mention, you have quite the nice team there. Boy, makes me want to go out and train my pokemon more." She complimented, now swimming up towards him. |

Yami let his body slip into the water his two Tyrogues heading further down and grinning at one another before the two twins ran towards the edge of the pool and leapt high into the air crashing into the pool with twin cannon balls hitting the water fast causing water to rise up into the air crashing back down on the waves barely missing the two trainers. The male trainer's Salamence flapped his wings landing down in the shallow end of the water and folded his wings as he stood in the shallow end allowing the water to rush over his body cooling it down from the hot sun that was looming over them. The Magby of the group stood at the end of the pool and poked the end of the water seeming a little scared to enter the water, being a fire type it was only natural he would not want to enter the water. Yami gave the girl a small smile like smirk, "I rarely forget anything, I may not have a photographic memory but I am capable of retaining enough to come close" spoke yami in a soft tone as he soaked his muscles into the water leaning against the edge of the polls brick work. The water was lovely and cool, it felt lovely on his muscles. He was tense earlier today but now all that was slowly fading away as he relaxed. Yami glanced at his team as Nanami complimented his team swimming up towards him at the same time, " I've worked rather hard on my team..." he started as he pointed over to his Salamence, "Seiryuu I received when I arrived and I worked on him constantly, he was rather eager to evolve, he has dreamed of flying every since I got him" he pointed towards the Dragonair Ryuujin and Dratini Koryu, "The two brothers I encountered in Lava Cave. There mother, a powerful Dragonite was pleased with my strength and allowed them to company me" he glanced at the other three, " The Tyrogue Twins Katsuro, Junichi and Magby Kagutsuchi I won from the Game Corner but I will be working hard to evolve them" His Dragonair and Dratini approached him encompassing his form his Dratini rubbing against him affectionately. Yami lifted a hand to pat the dragon on the head, "Hopefully soon the two brother's here will evolve, they are both eager to become stronger" His dragonair Ryuujin released a heavenly thrill from his voice that came out as a beautiful song that echoed through the air. Yami then turned to Nanami's Noibat, " Your Noibat she is quite a lovely specimen. Her wings have a beautiful shine to them and her coat seems soft from a glance" complimented Yami as he eyed the flying bat dragon like pokemon, "She reminds me of my own Noibat" Nickname: Koryu Species: Dratini Level: 20 Owner: Yami Nickname: Seiryuu Species: Salamence Level: 50 Owner: Yami
