Virgil is Dante's older brother, and a Nephilim, or hybrid of Devil and Angel. As such, he appears to take on the role of mentor for his younger brother, Dante. He is slightly cold, and very calculated. Virgil is extremely swift on his feet, which means nothing happens fast enough for him.
History:
Virgil is the Son of a Demon lord named Sparda, and a Angelic female (I do not remember her name or feel like opening a wiki right now), Making him a Nephilim with the power to slay the highest ranks of Demons and Angels. A demon of his world tricked him, causing him to use his extreme speed to fall into a different world, far away on the infinite scale of Time-Space. He wielded a Katana left to him by his parents, until he lost it while coming to this world.
