OOC: This thread is for Yami and Faith's battle, and it occurs second in roleplay time. Yami should post first. He also has the first move.
IC: After a short break, it was time for the second battle. Principal Sash smiled as she returned to the battlefield. "Wasn't that exciting? Now it's time for the second battle of the day. Please give it up for Yami and Faith, both from Hoenn!" Since she was from Hoenn herself, it would be exciting for her no matter who went onto the finals. She trotted back to her seat to watch the action.

Faith strode out to the Battle Area. She had one the previous tournament, and she was hoping for another win here. She wanted to prove to everyone that she was a great trainer. As she took her spot, she saw she was the first one there. Very well. "Willy, you're up!" She tossed a Pokeball in the area, and her newly evolved Bibarel soon appeared before her. The normal and water type was ready to battle! Level: 18 Attacks: Tackle, Growl, Defense Curl, Rollout, Headbutt, Rototiller, Water Gun Abilities: Simple, Unaware, Moody Egg Move: Aqua Tail Hit By: Used: Health: High Green

Principal sash waited for Yami to appear, but it seemed like Faith was the only one who was going to show up. After awhile, she knew what she had to do. "Sorry, folks," she said as she made her way back to the middle of the battlefield. "Yami is not here, so Faith wins by forfeit. She will move onto the next round." She only hoped he would be the only no-show this tournament.

Faith looked at Principal Sash in surprise at her announcement. Her opponent wasn't showing up? That sure was disappointing. Sure, she was moving on in the tournament, but she did not feel like she had earned. Well, she would make up for it next round. She glanced at Willy and shrugged. Then the two of them left the battlefield. They would have to test their new strength some other time.
