The students at Cherrilli Academy are just like the kids at any other school. They have their friends, enemies, boyfriends and girlfriends, and tons of drama, but they are Pokemon trainers! Each trainer is a member of a team that represents a Pokemon region. The teams compete against each other for the grand prize at the end of the semester. Good luck!

Good day everyone! It is currently Stepember. The weather is growing cooler. Make sure to take advantage of the outdoors while you can! Wild Pokemon will soon be going into hiding.

We are currently not experiencing any extreme weather. Stay tuned for updates.

OOC: This thread is for Kiki and Rosalina's battle, and it occurs first in roleplay time. Kiki should post first. She also has the first move.

Principal Sash smiled as she looked over the crowd from the battlefield. This was the first tournament after the event had become annual instead of semi-annual, and she was eager to see if there would be extra excitement today. She could not wait to witness all of the spectacular battles she was sure were to come. "Hello, everyone!" she boomed into her microphone. Maya, the Vulpix sitting by her feet, twitched her ears in response. "Welcome to the 2016 end of the year tournament! Six trainers will be competing to take home the prize for their team. First up, we have Kiki from Johto and Rosalina from Sinnoh!" She walked over to her seat while the crowd cheered.

At the sound of her name, Kiki walked onto the battlefield. She was looking forward for the chance to win the tournament for her team. She did not know if she could make it, but she would give it her best. "Come on, out Spud." The Bulbasaur calmly looked up at her. He was quiet, but she knew he was ready to go.

Principal Sash waited 15 for both contestants to show up. Unfortunately, Rosalina was nowhere to be seen. Sash hid her disappointment as she returned to the battlefield. "I'm sorry, everyone. Only Kiki has shown up, so she wins the round." This was happening far too frequently.
