Mr. Winston enjoyed the short break between the semester. It was good to be back in school, though. He was looking forward to a new year with new students. He was glad he was teaching an upper level course first. Now he could get right into the good stuff. [After moving along at a slow pace, he finally reached the classroom. He opened the door for him and Topper and stepped inside. It took him another minute to reach his desk. Then he pulled out the enrollment sheet and, after flattening it on the desk with his hand, he peered down to look at the names inscribed: Faith Donnellon , Kiki Jones , Gary Oak , Sawyer Fylan , and Paul . |

Gary strolled into the classroom. Stephan, his Cyndaquil, clung to his shoulder. He did not particularly enjoy Pokemon history, it was required of him. He only hoped that the upper level class would not be too difficult. He found a seat in the back, and Stephan climbed down onto the desk. |

Sawyer took her time strolling down the hall. She had gotten used to class by now, and it did not really concern her. She just needed to pay enough attention to pass. This time, she brought her baby Spoink with her. Hope lay in her arms, moving excitedly at the prospect of some bonding time with her trainer. The two of them entered the room. Sawyer noticed Gary and gave him a nod. Then she took a seat a couple of rows in front of him to the right. |

Kiki enjoyed a peaceful walk with Spud, her Bulbasaur, before making her way back inside the classroom building. Nothing pumped her up for class more than being in nature. She now had Pokemon history, so she definitely needed it. She smiled and greeted Mr. Winston as she entered the room. Then she found a seat in the middle of the room and pulled out her notebook and a pen. |

Faith strolled into the classroom with Felicity, her Totodile. "Good morning, everyone," she said brightly. She was having a good day, and even a boring class could not change that. She found a seat in the front and got out her notebook. Felicity looked around at the other Pokemon in curiosity. |

Mr. Winston greeted each student as they arrived. When it was time for class to start, he took his time standing up to gather everyone's attention. "Thank you for coming to class. I will now read roll call. Please raise your hand when you hear your name. Faith Donnellon... Kiki Jones... Gary Oak... Sawyer Fylan... Paul Gruff..." He looked across the room to make sure he got everyone. |

Kiki smiled at Faith. "Good morning." She was glad when Mr. Winston started class. The sooner they started, the sooner they could leave! She raised her hand when she heard her name called. At least she knew everyone in the room. Maybe this would not be too bad. |

Mr. Winston returned the enrollment sheet to his desk. Now it was really time to start class. "For introductions, please share an interesting history fact after introducing yourself and your Pokemon." They should know a little about history by now. OOC: Paul has been dropped from this class. He may no longer receive credit for it. |

Sawyer did not like history very much. Still, she had made it through three classes, and she had retained some information. She decided to spit out the first thing that came to mind. "I'm Sawyer, and this is Holly." She did not know why she had to do this since she knew everyone in the class already. " Reshiram, Zekrom, and Kyurem were created during the great war of Unova." |

"I'm Faith, and this is Felicity," Faith said. "Pokemon contests were started in Hoenn." It was not a very unique history fact, but it was one which meant a lot to her. |

"I'm Gary," the Kanto boy said once there was a lull in the introductions. "This here is Stephan. Did you know the first Pokemon who mega evolved is said to be a Lucario?" He crossed his arms and smiled. He hoped he would be lucky enough to experience mega evolution firsthand someday. |

Kiki was impressed that her classmates knew so much history. She found the subject interesting but hard to grasp. She hoped she would sound knowledgeable with the facts that had actually stuck. "My name's Kiki, and this is Spud. I know that Arceus is believed to be the first Pokemon in existence." |

Mr. Winston was pleased that everyone remembered so much about history. Now he did not have to give an introduction. "Now I'll go over the syllabus." He handed a piece of paper to each student. "Are there any questions?" |

Mr. Winston went on with his lecture. It last the whole hour, and then he finally decided to let everyone go home. OOC: This class is now finished. |
