Pokemon are categorized into what are called egg groups. Most have one egg group, but some have two. Pokemon may breed with another Pokemon that shares at least one egg group with them.
This website shows you which Pokemon are in which egg group.
Pokemon who breed will always lay four eggs. Half will be of one Pokemon, and the other half the other Pokemon. I will give you two eggs and keep two to sell. If your Pokemon is breeding with someone else's Pokemon, you will both get one egg.
Breeding services are $4,000.
