They have technology to revive fossils why not technology capable of breeding extinct eggs?

Ok, thanks. I will be opening up a fossil shop soon. Extinct Pokemon would be rare to hatch from eggs (unless if it is the only Pokemon of the chosen type combination). I have given out extinct Pokemon as starters in the past.

Mega is a Kalos thing. A Pokemon and trainer uses rare stones to ev and then later goes back to the form they were at before. Not every Pokemon has a mega. Mega evolution is not a Kalos thing, in fact no pokemon introduced in Kalos can mega evolve. it was introduced in Xand Y, but only older pokemon can mega. And Drakan, it would be reasonable to say that you will bit be able to mega evolve bwcause pokemon cannot buy items from the shops. Foresaying, you will have to be captured in order to mega. There are a few fossil pokemon of a single dual type e.g Tyrunt Rock/Dragon, Archen and aerodactly Rock/Flying, Amaura Rock/Ice, Lileep Rock/Grass

In regards to fossils is it possible to sell fossils to your own characters? E.G sell Yami's Helix Fossils to Susano'o.
Or can it be done through a third party? E.G Yami sells a helix fossil to another person who then sells it to Susano'o.

Yami, yes, they can. I remember someone trying to battle Spike once.
If the Pokemon naturally knows how to fly (like Charizard and other flying types) then you can fly on them.

50 and up. Their main Pokemon at least. Some might have lower level Pokemon for training purposes.
