That would have to work, I can't think of anything else...
Just do us all a favor and keep the other EV Training items out of the game. It would be to weird if we had 7 different Items that gave an extra level.

Question about eggs.
So the question is if we buy eggs at the adoption center does the 14 day counter start when staff posts the egg for the code or when the bread was started? As depending in how busy staff is, the thread could be waiting a while and if when staff posts the code members might have to be waiting like a month or so. So yea.

How are we saying Feebas evolves for this site. There are two different ways to do it for the games, depending on if there are contests in the game or not... So, are we going with the beauty based evolution or the trade while holding the Marvel Scale?

I believe I've asked a similar question with my Onix for Steelix. From memory you don't need to worry about trading. If a trade is needed just evolve them at a preferred level as for needing an item make sure you have the item and that pokemon is holding it and when they hit a desired level say they are evolving.
For Feebas probably best be safe and have the pokemon hold a Marvel Scale and evolve when you desire.
