Yami headed towards the park giving a soft yawn as he inhaled the fresh morning air. It was 10am in the morning and Yami was heading to the park for a bit of relaxing. He had his hair tied back in a ponytail at the base of his neck. He had altered his attire slightly wearing long navy blue Hakama pants with baggy leggings for plenty of room. He had slipped on a black Kimono like top with silver swirls stitched into the sleeves of the silk material. The sleeves had been extended by an extra six inches. He had a golden Kaku obi sash tied around his waist holding seven pokeballs two on the right and one on the left with four spare at the back. He wore his regular black tabi socks wand straw rope waraji. Due to it being cold he had his dark purple Haori draped over his shoulders. He had a bag hanging over his shoulder as he gripped the strap with his right hand. Inside the bag was something he had prepared early this morning to take with him, a little sweet snack to enjoy with the silence and peace of the park.
Yami walked over to a large tree. He opened the bag removing a picnic blanket and laid it down on the snow. It had snowed overnight from the looks of things. The weather seem quite erratic it was windy yesterday and sunny the day before now it was snow. He wandered if some god up above was messing with them by constantly changing the weather, everything seemed so odd since coming here. The eighteen year old sighed and sat down on the blanket and leaned his back against the tree. He yawned softly as he put the bag down and opened it pulling out a small blue container. He slowly lifted the lid and let the sweet aroma waft upwards as he breathed it in. The fresh smell of Mitarashi Dango. While he didn't tell anyone he had quite the sweet tooth. He loved sweets, adored them especially pocky he couldn't get enough of them. He always kept at least four boxes of pocky on him at all times. He had always kept it a secret even from his grandparents they seemed to hate anything related to sweets even cakes and the like. He couldn't understand why they seemed so uptight about so many things. With a shrug he lifted the first dango stick.
Yami lifted the dango to his lips and let his teeth sink in. He felt the soft texture of the dumpling on his tongue followed by the sweet gooey soy sauce glaze it was coated in. He exhaled as he shut his teeth chewing the dumpling in his mouth ever so slowly to ensure he tasted it entirely. The sweet was so delicious as he chewed before swallowing letting the sweet dumpling slip away from his tongue. He opened his mouth taking another bite of the Dango. It might have been to early for sweets but he could careless he was eating this dango and he was going to enjoy every last bit of it.
