The soft crunch of grass could be heard as Ash played with his new pokemon, Bulbasaur.
"Hahahahaha!" He gave his signature laugh as he played tag with his pokemon. <Saur! Bulba-saur!> Bulbasaur with a playful act, chased after Ash... Being stirred up, the Bulbasaur acidently threw a Magical Leaf at Ash.
"Waah!" He got threw into the fountain by the force of the glowing leafs.
He spit water out of his mouth, Dizzy.

It had been a while. Back when she was younger, Dawn had traveled around with Ash. Of course, she didn't have any pokemon back then. Perhaps in another life, she would have become a great coordinator in Sinnoh at his and Brock's side. As it was, the adventure had really just been a wonderful, though long trek. She'd made some friends. And, naturally, Ash was one of them. She'd kind of looked up to him, the way a younger sister might look up to their older brother.
Carrying her pumpkaboo in her arms, Dawn blinked as she saw a boy in the fountain. She recognized him in an instant, though. Born of worry, anger surged in her. Didn't he realize that, while it wasn't as cold as it had been, this wasn't the weather to go around being soaked in! She'd probably have to call out Marco. "Ash Ketchum, that had better not be you trying to catch your death out here!" Ah, yes. Two loud mouths. Just like old times.

Ash heard a voice yelling at him in the distance, his Bublasaur walked up to the fountain and gave a whimsical smile. The voice was femine and sounded familiar. Was it May? No, he looked up and saw a navy blue haired girl running to him.
Dawn?
Whoa, it had been four years since he had ventured with her in the Sinnoh region. They'd caught many pokemon and met many people together.
No aware of what she had warned eariler, he eagerly said, "Dawn! Wait, how are you here?"

Smirking as if she held a secret, Dawn turned her head away, humming a bit. ”IIII’ve been here for a few weeks now,” she trilled. Turning back to Ash, she squeezed her pumpkaboo closer to her. ”I’m going to school here, too, duh.”
She released the ghost type, who floated near her. Pointing a slender finger at the bulbasaur, the gift bracelet she received from December, one of her many prized possessions, jingled upon her wrist. ”Your starter, I take it?” Hm… she almost swore she recalled him saying something about having a bulbasaur once. It must have been the time he showed her that fishing lure.

"Yeah! He's already my friend." He smiled. He reminds me of my other Bulbasaur!"
He smiled again. What a joy, reuniting with a friend.
"Well, this will be a fun year!"
He daydreamed about what Dawn did in that four year gap.
"So what did you do since I last saw you in Undella Town?"

Dawn shrugged. ”Visited Hoenn a little bit.” She then brought her finger to her lips. ”Oh, and I got contacted by Hermione and Paris, again. They said if I was still interested in being a stylist to get my credentials and then they’d see about hiring me.” She grinned. ”That’s part of why I’m here~” She winked and stuck out her tongue. ”And you?”
Talking to him got her to thinking about her other friends from her journeys. May and Iris she particularly wanted to see again… The princess of Hoenn was so cool and the wildchild of Unova had been one of the most interesting people Dawn had ever met.

"Well..." he started.
"After that, I went to Kalos... I met my childhood friend that lives there now, Serena. I became friends with al lot of cool people and pokemon." (From here on out, I'll be making these up.) He continued babbling on about Kalos, but even as attentive to looks and beauty as he was; he kept repeatedly saying that it was magnificently beautiful.
"I revised Kanto and met up with Misty and ventured out more. I then went back to Hoenn and spent some time with May just exploring the many islands around the region. While we were there, we stumbled upon the Oblivia region! Can there's something you wouldn't believe about it... There was almost no pokemon trainers! There was an abundance of ranger though.... It was weird when people saw a pokemon come put of a pokeball for he first time."
He caught his breath. "I studied with Professor Rowan for a while in Sinnoh; then I went to Albima... pretty rural and wild there..."
"I then vacation to Fiore and then I enrolled here." he finished.

Dawn was a bit jealous that Ash had been to Kalos. She really wanted to go herself. Maybe she would, after school. All the fine art and high fashion really appealed to her. She thought Sinnoh was sophisticated, but Kalos really blew her home region out of the water. And, oh, to go see the tower in Lumoise City…! Thinking about it, she brought both hands to her cheeks, blushing a bit. She could already picture it. She’d have to brush up on her French before then.
”Ash, who’s Misty, again?” She knew she heard that name before, but putting a name to a face was difficult to say the least. The Oblivia region sounded nice. ”Almia’s south of Sinnoh! That’s where my grandparents’ summer home is,”[/b Dawn proudly tutted. A moment of realization passed over her. ”... wait, you jerk, you were in Sinnoh and you didn’t call me or anything!” She glared at him.
Then, she relented. ”You never were any good at keeping up contact with folks unless they went after you, though…”

"Misty was one of the first traveling companions I met."
Ash giggled, "I was only there for a week. He then added more yearningly, "I had to trek to Almia... It took forever. It was a unique place... There was a Academy like this one there, but for pokemon rangers."
He'd hope to explore this region to its fullest also.

She raised her brows. ”Whoa… I never walk to Almia,” she admitted. She typically took either a short plane ride or her mother set her up to ride over with some of Johanna’s old coordinating buddies who owned big, travel worthy pokemon. Her personal favorite mount was the big arcanine one of her mom’s old exes owned. ”I heard about that place! They’ve produced some pretty impressive pupils,” she noted. ”Didja study there, any?”
Her pumpkaboo floated over, nudging her. He clearly wanted to move on so that he could get back to training for their upcoming contest. Dawn supposed she should get up the nerve to use those rare candies she’d been gifted on him, soon. She just hoped it didn’t do anything bad to him...

(Whoa, I'm actully posting)
Ash gave a sigh, "no." Only pokemon rangers were allowed. He had vetured around a little bit and found many rare pokemon. Only if people in Albima didn't shun pokeballs.
"I wish I could of, some cool things were going on there... I even heard they took a field trip here once!"
Ash directed his attention to the floating pumpkin boking against Dawn's head.
"Oh, what pokemon is that? How are your other pokemon?"

The rangers took a field trip to Cherilli? Oh, that was interesting. Maybe they’d get to battle some of the rangers one day. That would be unique, certainly. One bonded creature and many befriended against those committed to a single trainer… how would that play out?
Reaching up, she brought Mormo into her arms. ”It’s a pumpkaboo. He’s my star, at the moment.” She grinned. ”They’re doing good. I actually need to get to training them for a contest. … I guess I’ll see you around, on that note, Ash!” Dawn chirped before beginning to walk towards the contest area. Never too much practice.
