Special notes: Is in a wheelchair and has been since she was five years old.
Region born: Kanto
Lived most of her life in Kanto, but has been to every other region expect Hoenn to visit her aunts, uncles and grandparents
Team: I'd prefer she was in Sinnoh with December, but wherever you would like is fine.
Personality idea: Kind, caring, sweetheart, strong willed, loving, jealous sometimes, stubborn, tries too hard, wants to be a pokemon trainer, loves fairy, ice and flying types the most. Loves to sing, and is rather good at it, loves pokemon and always seems to fall for older bad boys, while secretly in love with a nice guy. Doesn't eat meat just like her aunt.
