Mr. Knight briskly walked into the classroom. It was the first day of a new class: Styling 101. The teacher had been advocating for the class as long as he had been at the school. Though he was not a professional stylist himself, he had taken several classes in the past, and they had expanded his horizons. He believed students should be given as many options as possible so that they could discover and pursue the path that was best for them. There were two sections of classes this semester, and Mr. Knight could not be more pleased.
Frost the Sneasel started for the back of the room. The troublemakers usually sat back there, and he wanted to give them a surprise. His trainer ignored him as he sat down on his desk and pulled out the enrollment sheet. He found these names: Dawn Berlitz, Rae, Angelica Fitzgerald, Jennifer Rose, Rameses Khan, December Smoon. He was glad that there were two boys signed up. Styling was not necessarily a female enterprise. Men could have opinions as well, and they could add a fresh perspective to the field. He could not wait to find out the potential in each student.

Dawn liked the rest of her classes okay so far, but this one--this one she was excited for. Scurrying down the hallway in a pair of white Converse sneakers with rhinestones in a rose pattern on the side, she all but giggled. Psyche let out an exasperated sigh from where she rode in Dawn’s backpack. Who got this excited over a styling class, anyway?
Wearing white, frilly ribbons in the place of her usual gold clippies, Dawn looked rather angelic. Her slip-style dress looked pretty heavenly, too. In fact, the only part of her outfit that wasn’t silky white or glimmering rhinestone was the red jacket she wore. She figured that the strappiness of the dress might get her in trouble, so a cover was necessary. Still, the breezy, refreshing little number only added to her enthusiasm. When you look good, you feel good!
And, walking into the classroom with a pep in her step, she discovered that when you had a super cute teacher, that only added to how wonderful the day was going to be. Sitting down in the front row nearest the windows, Dawn chirped a greeting. ”Good morning!” As Psyche jumped out of Dawn’s backpack, the kitten made her way to the back of the classroom to greet Frost.
<OOOh, you look strong! You wanna battle sometime?> One track mind. She was nice enough about asking it, though. She just, well, got straight to the point.

The pierced Pokemon trainer strolled in quickly, bee-lining toward the familiar faced teacher. "Hey man, 'member me?" he said in greeting, before arriving in front of the guy. Rae looked up at him, before delivering his message. "Look pal, I know I bailed on your other class and I'm just here to say I won't be attending this one either. Thanks for the consideration though, I'm sure you guys will still have a lotta' fun without me." Rae gave him a soft smile and nodded his head, before turning away.
"Alrighty then, I'm off," he stated, giving Dawn a quick glance. His eyes roamed down to her white shoes and he pursed his lips in an interesting manner. "Nice kicks," he said, before stepping back to the door and disappearing from the room. When he arrived in the hallway and was out of sight, he stopped and released a deep breath. Rolling his shoulders and cracking his neck, he tried to remember if there were any other classes he needed to visit, in order to inform the teachers of his disinterest. Deciding he had covered all the bases already, he set his sights on the doors that lead to the outside world.
Now, it was time to get some real learnin' in.
ooc: Rae has left the class / exited the thread.

Mr. Knight picked up his phone when it began to ring. It was Principal Sash. He frowned when she told him two of his students had been expelled and one had been suspended. He thanked the principal and hung up. When he looked back at the room, he found it empty. This was not good. He glanced back at his enrollment sheet. Now the only students in this class were Angelica Fitzgerald, Rameses Khan, December Smoon. He hoped they would show up soon so he could get started.
