Young miss Art hadn't been very active as of late. Sure, she had gone to her classes and did her homework, but the truth still remained she had been sick for about the last two weeks. She had fevers, headaches, sore throat, her ears had been hurting her, and her ankle swelled up to three times it's normal size. She had been sure her cough had been driving her roommate crazy. It didn't help that there had been tornado and thunderstorms for the past three nights. Oh, but they had seemed to pass now, and the girl needed to get out. She and her pokemon had been going crazy. So that morning after a quick healthy breakfast she was off.
She wore pink sweatpants, a pink sweater with a hood, and her team shirt she had gotten from some Sinnoh girl. Even if the shirts weren't official of anything they where still very cool, and they went with her outfit. Her socks where white, but they were ankle socks, so they could really be seen. Also her shoes where white, with pink laces and purple shoes to it was all good. They where a new pair of running shoes as well. On this fine sunny morning she had pulled her hair back into a ponytail instead of in pigtails. Where as she normally wore two purple bows today she only wore one of them. It was just something a little different then her normal thing is all. On her back she had her pink backpack which had her school stuff in it, and her pokemon stuff. In her pocket though she had her pokemon's pokeball, however both her pokemon where flying next to her as she jogged into the park. The Ducklet was loving being out in the morning and Zap was just loving being out and spreading his wings so to speak. Not that they hadn't been out at the dorm, or around campus but they both loved coming to the park.
As they moved a long the path Art kept an eye out for pokemon. She was hoping to maybe find a fire pokemon, or even a bug, or fighting type would be pretty cool. So would ground for that matter. For the girl had a dream of getting a Vulpix for her team, and seeing as how she missed that thing with the school about getting the little fire fox when the rest of the school got one, well maybe she could find a wild one or find someone willing to breed her one. As the girl wanted to challenge the first battle leader Jenna hopefully within the next month she needed to get ready and having a fire pokemon on her team would be an awesome idea. Not that Dave, her wonderful morning bird couldn't hold his own against a bug. He was a bird after all. Well then again Zap could probably do well as well. Still having a fire pokemon would probably be good.
Jogging at a brisk yet not super brisk pace she more of less was speed walking. Her arms pumped back and forth as she moved, and her ponytail swished behind her with each step. Now if she couldn't find a pokemon enjoying the morning that wanted to battle her and possible let her catch it, she was hoping to find a trainer who wanted to battle. Oh, yes either of those would be wonderful.
