OOC: This thread is for Angelica and Ayame's battle, and it occurs first in roleplay time. Angelica should post first.
IC: After the break, Principal Sash stepped back onto the stage with her microphone. "Welcome to the exciting battle round! First up, we have Angelica and Ayame!" She stepped aside so that the two trainers could come out and get their battle started. She could not wait to see the action! |

Both Angelica and Peanut had a lump on their head. While waiting in the back the blue haired girl had been given an ice pack which she held against her bruise. She had been going to put it on Peanut's head, but the pokemon refused. He was upset that he had forgotten about the ending, but Angel tried to tell him it was okay. "See?" She said as it would seem they made it to the next round. That made the mouse very happy and Angelica smiled.
Getting up and going to the stage she had returned her Plusle and left all the balls in the back room. After all who was gonna take a big peanut butter jar of metal balls? Still a bit dizzy she looked at the girl she was battling and smiled to her. She wasn't completely sure who she was but still she gave a smile. "Lets give them an awesome show!" She said while giving a thumbs up. Taking a deep breath she took out her pokemon's pokeball and released her pokemon. "Alright Peanut, time to shock the world!" The teen called out and her Pokemon appeared pumped and ready for action. Ayame scurried out of the changing room, she tried to change her outfit as fast as she could without ripping them.

She slowed her pace and her breathing so that she would not sweat, but she still did anyways. She clutched her sealed pokeball and eyed her opponent. She also eyed the small, rodent-like thing that had appeared. Her Roselia had been waiting decades, it seems, for this contest; and it could be told that she was pounding at the walls of her florally decorated pokeball.
This is it...
Ayame lifted the pokeball well over her head and pressed the large circular button centered on the black line that separated the two colors. Her two seals broke and released a flurry of red and blue petals, which piled up and turned into her Roselia. It let out a triumphant "<Rose!>"
