Virtual Training Machines
Enter the room and you will see several machines on either side of the wall. The machines consist of two virtual reality helmets: one for you and one for your Pokemon. Put them on and a virtual Pokemon will appear for you to battle. The Pokemon will always be of the same level as your Pokemon and its weakness. If you win, your Pokemon will gain two levels. Defeat three Pokemon in a row (the most you can battle at one time) and you will receive a rare candy. Good luck! =)
