Hi, everyone! Blackp3arl, back in action! This is the update for the week of April 14th! Let’s get started, shall we! Hope everyone likes the new topics and formatting.Hot Folks Alright, let’s go ahead and explain this. We’re going to have four people in this category from now on, but as I wasn’t prepared in full to pick out the on-campus cuties, we’re just going to use celebrities!
Our male celebrity hottie hails from the Johto-Kanto area! Everyone knows him! It’s Lance, the dragon tamer! With his cool charisma and totally radical might, what’s not to admire! Word on the street is that he might be seeing someone, though. You older folks should totally pursue him though, okay? The female celebrity hottie is Elesa the model! With her gorgeous air, unbeatable coolness, and determination, she’s more than just hot! She’s smoking! I once saw a fashion show she featured in. If I was a bit older… Anyway, moving on!
The Latest Fashions I wasn’t able to observe local fashions this week, but after the contest is over, I’ll be sure to give a full report. I’m sure the local shops will begin selling what the coordinators wore. I’ll be sure to give reviews on that, as well.
Concerning trends, we’re going to have a hot and not category. Mint is most definitely, totally in! Bustier tops, not so much. Local Gossip We’re going to have three categories here: true, unknown, and false! Let’s start off with true: Rumors have been circulating around the school that some students got expelled, suspended, and sent to the hospital. I’m not sure about the numbers, but I know for a fact that at least one student did get suspended and one got sent to the hospital. Rumors I’m unsure of: Local papers are citing the rescue of some young boys to a potential student of Cherilli Academy as students are known to frequent the haunted house. I’ve been to the haunted house myself, and let me tell you whoever did that is braver than me. D: The only known facts are that the boys were brought to the hospital on a stantler and that someone with pale hair saved them. False: I can’t disclose my source, but there’s not going to be a party at the haunted house. In town, maybe… but no parties in haunted houses, folks! Artists on Display We’re going to talk about artists here! If you know a local artist who should be spoken of, please submit some of his or her work for us to fawn over! Media in Review Hia, folks~! Submit a song for me to review and I’ll be happy to. I can even be something personally made. However, if you submit a song for review, you can’t be also featured as an artist for that week. We also don’t have any movies to review. No video games, either. D: Local Activities Shupert City has a lot to offer. We’ll discuss local happenings here. The open invitation category is for festivals, contests, tournaments, and… get togethers. I’ll also review any exclusive parties I happen to get into, whether they be birthdays or formal. Giveaways Every week, I’ll give away a prize to everyone who follows my blog and submits material for it. I have ads on my blog, so by viewing it and spreading the word, I get paid and become more popular, which means people will advertise more, and, well… you see. Most weeks, it’ll simply be an article of clothing. Sometimes, I’ll give away whole weekly posts dedicated to someone if they’re a loyal follower. If I get lucky, I might even give away things like pokeballs or even pokemon! This week’s giveaway is clothing, though.
ooc: on weeks where the giveaway is clothing, the first person to pm the dawn account gets a little sketch by me with their character in an outfit of their chosing. for the whole posts dedicated, i’ll do an icon and a full color picture.
