Bagon stumbled back as the sand was flung up into his eyes. Seiryuu shook his head attempting to rub the sand from his eyes only to be struck again by the flying pokemon sending him sailing back through the air. Seiryuu rubbed his eyes again his vision coming back into view as he regained his bearings. The Bagon sneered at the flying pokemon and began his dragon dance once more in order to maximum his speed and attack. His anger rose quickly from the blow he had received enhancing his moves strength once more. He gave a battle cry as he charged forth his speed having increased by six times his natural movement. He sped forth in a zig zag motion and lunged forth aiming to slam into him with a rage attack. Scout flew back from the recoil of his Brave Bird attack. It took all of his strength to stay where he was flapping his wings. He could do nothing to evade the Rage attack. He crashed to the floor and fainted.
Gary was disappointed with the result of the battle. However, he was still proud of his Pokemon and how well he had performed. Despite the level difference, Scout had hung in until the end. With a little more training, they would have something great going on. "Good work, Scout. Take a rest." He took out his Pokeball and returned him. Then he looked across the battlefield at Yami. "Congratulations. You and your Bagon battled well." He wondered how well they would perform in the final round.

The battle proved to be very exciting. Sash was impressed with both Pokemon,,and she did not know who would win until the very end. This had certainly been worth the wait. When Scout fainted, she stepped forward and said, "Scout is unable to battle. Seiryuu is the winner, and victory goes to Yami. He will be representing Hoenn in the final round!" She could not wait for it to get started.
Seiryuu has gained two levels.
Scout has gained one level. He may now learn Knock Off. |

Yami bowed politely to Gary as the battle had come to an end, " It was a pleasure to battle against your Farfetch'd" spoke Yami as Bagon ran over to his trainer with a large grin. Yami crouched down beside the dragon and removed two items from a sleeves an antidote and a super potion which he sprayed on the dragon pokemon to cure him of his poison affliction and to heal him, "you did well Seiryuu" complemented Yami as he withdrew Seiryuu's pokeball from his sash and returned him to the confines of the sphere. Level: 23 Attacks:Rage (Normal), Bite (Dark), Dragon Dance (Dragon), Headbutt (Normal) Abilities: Rock Head, Sheer Force Move Strength: Enhancements: Used: Antidote, Super Potion Hit By: Health: Green |

Gary listened to Principal Sash's announcement. Then he turned and walked out of the Battle Area. There was nothing more for him there. At one point in his life he would have been upset at such a loss, but now he knew it was something to be learned from. he would watch the finals and take notes so that the next time he battled he would be sure to win. |
