Hamilton fisted the air with a triumphant smirk, "Alright Jewel that's the way to go! Let's keep it up with another Water Gun blow that Stunky out of the park!" commanded Hamilton with a confident smirk. If he kept up this pace he could hopefully wipe out the Stunky the same time his Slowpoke fainted from the poison status effect she was under, if he could then they would be close to being even. Jewel yawned loudly as she lay about on the ground. She rolled over onto her stomach turning to face the sleeping poison type. She yawned again her eyes drooping before she opened her lips and released another pressurised stream of water towards the poison pokemon. "Tammy! Wake up!" Sawyer cried. Still, the Stunky slept soundly, unaware of what was going on around her. The effects of Yawn would be over soon, right? She could only hope so. Despite his obvious incompetence, Hamilton might actually win this round. She still had one Pokemon left, but she did not want to give him any satisfaction at all.

Hamilton cracked his knuckles, his victory was only moments away. Sadly his Jewel would no doubt faint next turn meaning he would have to bring out his last pokemon in order to beat Sawyer but that was alright he was having lots of fun, "Alright Jewel lets keep with the current flow and use another water gun, if it aint broke don't fix it" commanded Hamilton getting a lazy yawn from his Slowpoke Jewel who fired another Water gun at her opponent. Sawyer held her breath as she heard the order for another Water Gun. Didn't he know how to spice things up? "Dodge that!" she called out. To her surprise and relief, the Stunky leapt to her feet and barely missed the oncoming attack. Good, she was awake. It seemed like the Slowpoke would faint form the poison at any minute, so she decided not to use an offensive attack just yet. "Use Focus Energy!" She wondered what Hamilton would choose as his final Pokemon.
Tammy blinked her eyes opened. She focused just in time to see water coming towards her. Uh oh! She jumped to the side to avoid it. Hey, why was her fur all wet? She was embarrassed that she had fallen asleep for so long. She took a minute to focus her energy and prepare to get into battling mode again.

Hamilton cried out as his Jewel fainted as the poison finished her off, " Jewel return" he returned the slowpoke to her pokeball before bringing out a new pokeball, "Alright Miss let's go, use quick attack" shouted the Kanto trainer as he threw the pokeball into the air and in a beam of red light appeared a Fletchling. The flying type pokemon stretched her wings before she launched forth using a quick attack to blur forth towards the Stunky in order to land a solid blow again her. Sawyer smiled in relief when the Slowpoke finally went down. She had been a bit anxious there for a few minutes. Now she had to go against a Fletching. The little guy was pretty fast. No matter. "Tammy, Poison Gas!" It would be great if this Pokemon could be poisoned as well.
Tammy watched tiredly as the Slowpoke fainted. Great. Could she be done now? She enjoyed battling, but that nap had made her tired. She could feel her medical condition taking effect, and she was not sure how much longer she could go on. She blinked in surprise when she was hit with the flying type. She immediately lifted her tail and released her stinky gas.

Hamilton eyed the stunky, it seemed she had regained some of her strength and she looked stronger to. He gritted his teeth as his Fletchling was engulfed by the stinky gas, poisoned. He breathed in to try and calm himself before he gave his orders, "Miss! Quick Attack!' roared Hamilton, if he was going to lose he would go down battling. Miss squawked as the stinky gas hit her dead on. She gagged, " <THE SMELL!>" she screamed as she flapped her wings taking flight to get away. She circled above the Stunky that attack had been most foul, no pun intended. She then dive bombed once she had her command for another quick attack.

Tammy was relieved that her attack seemed to work. However, she suddenly felt exhausted. Now she was really tired! Uh oh. Was that her narcolepsy acting up? Zzz... She fell to the ground, asleep once more.
Sawyer's eyes widened in shock at what she saw. Why had Tammy fallen asleep? Yawn had not been used again! It must be her medical condition. She clenched her teeth as she waited to see what would happen. If this went on for much longer, she would have to recall her.

Hamilton blinked as the Stunky seemed to just randomly fall asleep, what was up with that, his Miss didn't known Yawn or any other sleep inducing move. Of course he wasn't going to look a gift horse in the mouth, with the poison type asleep if gave him the perfect chance to strike and do some damage, "Miss Quick Attack Again" commanded the young trainer as he shouted at his Fletchling. Miss flapped her wings loudly watching as the Stunky just fell asleep, time to make use of the situation gifted to her. With the command given she took flight flying high up into the air. She rose upwards before she dive bombed towards the Stunky at high speed for a quick attack.

Sawyer was disappointed with this turn of events. There was not much she could do about it, however. She took out the Stunky's Pokeball, hoping substitutions were ok. "Tammy, return." Perhaps she would wake up after a little nap. For now, it was onto her third Pokemon. "Prancer, now it's your turn!" She was glad the Fletchling had not evolved and did not know any fire attacks yet. "Use Tackle!
" She wondered how quickly the bird was able to fly away.
Prancer ran around excitedly. He was going to have some fun battling! He stopped long enough to look at the Fletchling and take her in. Ok, he could do this. He ran straight towards the flying type, planning on leaping if necessary to Tackle her.

Hamilton grumbled as his opponent recalled his Stunky and brought forth another pokemon, deciding to bring out the grass type Skiddo. If his Miss knew a flying type move he would have the perfect advantage, sadly she did not, "Quick attack once more" commanded Hamilton getting a chirp from Miss.
The Fletchling released a loud chirp as she jumped back and forth on the ground stretching her wings out. She took flight flying up into the air where she began to circle the Skiddo. She then dived down towards the grass type intending to hit him with a quick attack.

Sawyer remained calm as she analyzed the battle. She was pleased to see that the Fletchling was still weak from poison. She thought this was going to end soon. Then that Hamilton kid would shut up. "Prancer, grab her with your vines and throw her!"
Prancer ran around the field happily after making contact with the other Pokemon. This was so much fun! He stopped when he heard the other training speaking. By then, it was too late to dodge the Quick Attack. He quickly shook off the effects of the attack. He was still in this! While the flying type was still close, he reached out his vines to wrap them around her body and throw her into the ground.

Miss screeched loudly as the vines wrapped around her tiny body and she was thrown around where she slammed into the ground hard. The flying type struggled to her feet wincing as she felt the poison course through her veins once more. Hamilton gritted his teeth at the sight of his pokemon being tossed about, "Quick Attack again miss!" commanded Hamilton. Miss flapped her wings taking flight ignoring the bruises on her body. She soared upwards at high speed before she flew towards her opponent in order to slam into him. Species: Fletchling Name: Miss Gender: Female Level: 7 Attacks: Tackle, Growl, Quick Attack Abilities: Big Pecks, Gale Wings

A Chatot noticed the battle and flew down to a nearby tree to investigate. Her trainer had told her that this festival would be a good place to find a potential recruit. Form the looks of the girl, he seemed to be right. She carefully recorded the sounds she heard so she could report back to Cole.  Gender: Female Level: 50 |

Sawyer could see that the flying type was weakening while her own Pokemon was still standing strong. she wanted to end this battle quickly, and she knew just how to do it. "Ok, Prancer, run right at her and leap and attack!" This had to work.
Prancer danced around the area, feeling happy. He was having a lot of fun. At his trianer's words, he turned to face the Fletchling without slowing down. He then hopped forward, jumping up to Tackle her at the last second. Whether he hit her or not, her Quick Attack hurt a lot!
