Miss Riverton entered the classroom with her lesson plan in hand. This was a first level battle class, so the first lesson would be pretty easy. Still, she was eager to see where her students were at so she could help them become who they wanted to be. Sport stood beside her desk while she sat down and took out her enrollment sheet: Mabel Gleeful ; Tamaki Suoh , and Faith Donnellon . |

Faith entered the room with Sarah, her baby Happiny in her arms. It may have seemed strange to bring this Pokemon to a battle class, however, she wanted all of her Pokemon to learn the basics. What better place to start than a low-key casual class? She chose a seat in the front row and placed Sarah on her lap. |

Tamaki had made a new friend in Reynard the Zorua. The two of them had already had a lot of fun together,
so the trainer decided to bring him to class. He was interested in testing out his battle skills. The fox clung to his head as he entered the classroom. "Good morning, everyone!" he said cheerfully. He wanted to be in the center of everything, so he chose a seat in the middle of the room. Reynard hopped onto the desk and looked around at the other Pokemon. |

Tamaki looked at Mabel and smiled. "Hello, princess. Are you looking forward to this class? It sounds quite enriching." He looked forward to learning how to really battle since he did not have much exposure to Pokemon battles as a kid. |

Miss Riverton noted when each student showed up. Good. It looked like everyone was there. "Good morning, class!" she said at the start of the hour. "We're going to start the day with introductions. Go ahead and introduce yourself and your Pokemon and share one interesting fact about yourself." |

An interesting fact? Faith was not sure about that one. But no one else was speaking, so she had to say something. "My name's Faith, and this is Sarah." Interesting fact... "My mother was an excellent coordinator!" She hoped that was good enough. |

Tamaki turned back to Mabel and smiled. "Certainly! Let's find some room." He moved the desks around a bit to make room for the battle. His own Zorua hopped in front of him, ready to fight. Faith observed her fellow students and noted that they had paired up together. That only left one option for her. She got up and made her way to the front of the room. She gave Miss Riverton a friendly smile. "You'll battle me and my Happiny?" |

Tamaki found it fun that the two of them were using the same Pokemon. They must have gotten them at the same school event. "Okay, Reynard, use Scratch!"
Reynard took a fighting stance against the other Zorua, but he was a bit hesitant. This was his first battle with his trainer, and he wondered if it would go well. He was too slow to dodge the Pursuit. He snapped out of his thoughts and focused on the present. He growled as he leapt at his opponent with his claws extended. Level: 5 Attacks: Scratch, Leer, Pursuit Ability: Illusion Hit By: Leer, Pursuit Used: Scratch Health: Green/Low Green |
